Great product! Works great, I needed to switch one of my sizes to a larger size and customer service was absolutely fabulous. Had no issues getting my large. Responded quickly and did I mention the product works exactly as it should. It feels great.

What an amazing product

BE AWARE
Don’t waste your time and money on their products. Just a cheap Chinese product shipped directly from a warehouse in China. They will send you a fake tracking number, ignore your email if you want to return and get the refund. Their videos are paid actors. Most of positive reviews are required or fake.
My tight leather belt works better than their product. Shame

The Spinefit team was very supportive and helpful in my experience. I bought the wrong size product and reached out to get a replacement. Not only did they help me get the right size, they taught me how to measure my waist and asked what comfort level I should expect. The reason i didn’t give them a higher rating was because there was a delay in hearing back from them. Besides that once we had established a clear line of communication, they were very attentive.

Customer service is very quick to respond an d try to come up with the best solution. The item I received was too small for me and I contacted them and they are going to do an exchange for me. I am looking forward to receiving the replacement to hopefully alleviate back pain.

Spine fit brace is comfortable, supportive, and easy to wear. Provides excellent stability without feeling bulky or bothered.

I purchased the incorrect size and contacted spinefit. They were prompt to reply and provided me with a great resolution. This customer service experience was great and I’d be happy to use them again. I can’t speak about the effectiveness of the belt but will update my review once I’ve received the correct size.

Not only does this company have a phenomenal product, their customer service went above and beyond, and handled an exchange for me in the best possible way a company can. They made a very simple and no complications. I am recommending this product to all of my audience.

Spinefit is awesome, I made a mistake on my measurement, the customer service very kindly guided me through the process of re-measuring and offer to send me a replacement in the right size for free. Absolutely recommend!

After receiving my order, I noticed that I was sent the wrong size. Within minutes of noticing this mistake, I contacted the company with my order number and the problem. After taking pictures of what I had received to confirm the wrong size, I was sent this lovely email below. Now, I have no issues with leaving a review for a company, but when I'm told that I must leave a review for a product that I did not purchase for myself by the way, and THEN they will send me the correct order, I feel this is beyond unprofessional. I responded and told them that I would like the code and felt like they were holding it hostage until I complied with their review request. It has been 3 days now, I have sent 3 emails to them and no reply. So now I am being ignored. So here is their damn review that was requested. They've had ample amount of time to correct this mistake and have chosen not to. The product might be great but again this was not purchased for myself. Their response to issues and then the complete lack of response when you do not comply to their request, absolutely horrible. I would like to highlight in the email below the wording used demanding my compliance with leaving a positive review first and THEN they would gladly send my code... "Once you’ve submitted the review, simply reply to this email, and we’ll send you your personal FreeExchange code right away so you can order the new size".

I ordered a SpineFit after viewing it advertised online and thought it would make a great gift, and it was! My friend had expressed interest in it, and they were excited after opening it. I, unfortunately, ordered the wrong size, but the customer service folks stepped in and helped me resolve the situation. I am always weary of getting chatbots for addressing customer issues, so I was pleasantly surprised to deal with an actual person who genuinely wanted to help. Kudos to the folks at SpineFit for creating a great customer service experience.
