I had my documents verified and received a phone call verification from the Spinfinity Casino group, including Roaring 21, CasinoMax, Slotsninja, etc. I managed to win $10,390 while depositing around $100 using one of the ongoing bonuses in the cashier.

However, they confiscated my winnings and sent me this email:

Dear Maximilian,

We're sorry, but your BTC payout request of $ 4,000.00 for Account ID maxfiller346226246045 has been declined.

Transaction ID: 3126186

Reason for payout rejection:

Breach of General T&C's - Fraud/Collusion with others - Winnings removed and accounts Banned;

I did not commit any fraud, I was a verified client there

So I had to delete my last review. They actually do pay. I got my payment today and customer service been great all the way threw the process even helped me with Bitcoin

What a joke they are a scam they say they verified u by getting your deposit your ID socials ect # and froqdnt n back of your credit card with no intension on paying you wat casino doesn't have cashiers on weekend then come Monday withdrawal day and the cashier's sight is not working n all I get from support is if we get it fixed or wen it comes back up maybe it will pay you this is wrong I feel cheated n lied to then they won't give anything to compensate they jus say keep playing your balance is high still but you can only cash out at 300 n then you loose restt of your earnings

Unfortunately I'm not able to receive my win from both casinos for the past 4 months.
They asked me for extra documents, after my account was already verified, which include a video of myself which I sent them. On Aug 2nd 2023 they sent me an email that the 3rd party ( game provider) investigating my win but since then all they did is to close my account. I submitted a complaint at casinoguru and they reopened my account. Unfortunately, Im still not being paid with my winnings on both casinos

deposited around $2k over the past few days. It's very clear that big wins and payouts don't happen until you have spent just about every dollar. then it goes back to massive amounts of empty spins. Save your time and Money and stay away from Spinfinity.

I want to five a 5 stat review because everything was great until proof of address. I had gotten a NDB of 40 and I met the play thru requirements. Then I went to cashout the 200 that was allowed for that specific bonus. I was then told to verify my identity. Which I expected and had no issues with providing the proper documents ect. Well I've now sent in 4 different proof of addresses and they keep giving me the run around on it Stating that I need one that's current and not outdated which I've provided. Then I was told it was an acceptable document then the 2 business days needed for approval go by and as soon as I'm supposed to receive my payout I get an email saying that my proof of address is not current and over 3 months old which is false its dated in the last 30 days

Terrible site to win money. There withdrawal process is slow as hell. I question the positive reviews on here. I'd avoid this casino if I were you. Slots rarely payout and when they do they drag their feet like no other casino I've ever seen. Terrible experience.

I used a $40 bonus to try out the casino and ended up winning over $2500 however I am not able to cash out any of it. They say you can cash out $200 but you have to make a deposit first and before you do that it says your playable balance has to be below $1. So basically I just won $2500 for the casino. Scam!!!

I used to love playing at this casino and sister sites, but seems like the more I deposited over time, the less I got in return. Also upon reviewing some Blackjack play history, I’ve come to find out that they short paid me. I reached out to support via chat, submitted screenshots of the underpaid hands and addresses the issue, only to have the chat agent, Jon, tell me oh everything looks fine to me.
The screenshots I sent show a $300 bet and they only paid me $100 on it instead of $300, and Jon tells me he sees nothing wrong? Another one had I had a blackjack with a $200 bet and only got even money instead of 3:1 per game rules. Lastly I had a push with a $300 bet and instead of pushing my bet, they took $100. Now that’s $400 they shorted/took from me, and to have Jon tell me everything looks fine to him, is a lot concerning.
I will change the review once this gets resolved.

My experience with this casino is usually outstanding, but recently i have discovered that the emails are misleading as far as free spins are concerned. It says must have made a 35$ deposit in last 30 days, What id doesn’t say is that said deposit must not be paired with any type of deposit bonus or spins. It’s misleading, in my book , misleading , is dishonest! But , i do love the customer service that is available, They go above and beyond.
