Over all a great casino app, it’s difficult trying to rate a casino because usually people only rate them after the lose and those ratings are negative lol
So my rating is based on playability and payout timing
Live casino they have multiple providers (I usually choose evolution for blackjack and roulette)but they have others. I’ve won and lost like any casino. Overall good play with no glitches.
Payouts are not instant but if I’m finished a session in the evening or night time, assuming ive won and cashed out. The funds are usually in my personal account the next morning or early afternoon.( other apps I’ve used have taken days)
Also turn off payout reversals. Let the funds hit your account, cool off and take time to consider how much you want to play again on another occasion.(I’ve made that mistake and spent my winnings back until I learned they offer this feature)
And lastly a cool feature I’ve only personally seen on SpinGenie is the play alerts that notify you when you’ve been playing for quite some time and are in profit.
Or the opposite where you may be depositing more than usual.
to get you to stop and think which gives you a second to consider cashing out if your up, or stop depositing if your down.
I’ve won, I’ve lost. I’m still giving
SpinGenie 5stars for their service because it offers everything, customer service is great. And responsible gaming features are more than fair.

However, there have been some glitches lately in a couple of my favorite games. And I'm not quite sure if anybody is working on them or not, but they occasionally do make me go to other platforms, with the same games, so that I can actually play and win. Hint* Gold Blitz Express jackpot has been stuck and no money being added to it, nor does it ever release it randomly, as it should.
Not being able to access the jackpot makes for less bonus trains, and significantly less $ winning. It takes away from the excitement, honestly.
