Run far away from this casino as far as possible. My verification took forever, and now my redemption isn't even cleared yet. You can not speak with a live agent, nor email them if you have a question! All of their social links are dead..or take you to a page with no followers. Like wtf!! I am highly upset!! I will be filing a complaint if I don't receive my redemption in a timely manner. This is ridiculous

Took two days to complete my verification and now been waiting days for redemption. Site says 24/7 customer service and not once in a week have I been able to get a response. Also have not been able to purchase because it does not give any payment option now. This is disappointing because it’s a sister site to a few I’ve cashed out with multiple times! If they rectify my redemption or purchase ability I will update my review but until then I do not recommend

Site is easy to navigate with all the same games you see on most platforms. It would prob be a great site to play on but we will never know because the site always has errors on every single game you try to play. The first time I played it was fine but every day afterwards I get a frozen game error or some other error. So now my money is stuck on there and can't be played.

I signed up to this via a Facebook post link from a credible person. After sign up, I submitted all documents and selfie as required.
I was able to collect the sign up bonus and play. I played until I was able to redeem, but my verification is stuck on processing and support hasn't emailed or contacted me with any info.
I figured all was being held up because I need to make a purchase, but a pop-up says something about my card having to be in the same country as billing address (WTF)
Hopefully trust pilot can light a fire under support to reach out to players.
