I was happy to win $103 and when I went to redeem a gift card, it says that I have to pay $10?! There are too many reviews on here that say they have a redemption being processed for months or that they were never paid. I do not want to pay $10 just to not receive my redemption.

in order to redeem you have to make a purchase which i did. I've been waitng over a month and half and messaged there support several times, heard absolutely nothing.

I had won $120 and I try to redeem it but it says $50 is the maximum I can redeem. It also said I had to buy a package before I can redeem anything.

The random number generator didn't work in your favor so you call it cheating? It is your burden of proof to provide real evidence (which is impossible to exist) that I somehow cheated. If anyone was trying to cheat it was you. You took away any bet denominations of over $12 bucks after I got my account balance to 38k, which hurt me and one of the likely reasons that I lost money from there to $30k, before I got more winnings that brought it back to $31,910. All their good reviews are fake. They recently just bought more fake reviews to cover up the bad real ones. They owe me $31,910 of redeemable balance. I have countless evidence stacked. They deactivated my account for no reason and never gave a response to my payment inquiries.

They do not pay. Haven't talked to anyone. Hit the grand and they just ghost. Completed verification and they approved it. They later reversed that and then didn't give me ability to redo the verification. They reversed it so I couldn't submit redemptions. I submitted one according to their $500 invalid withdrawal limit per day but they cancelled it and reversed my verification. The daily withdrawal limit is invalid, its not in their terms and conditions.

If they end up paying, I'll change the review but as of right now, this is where we are.

I'll be getting this money through JAMS arbitration. When I'm done, I'll make sure it never happens to anyone else again.

Ghosted and banned from site after winning $30,000. Never payed out. Customer service hangs up immediately when I give my email. Their mailing address is a fake PO box used by many scamming companies. Probably an overseas criminal organization most likely.

Awesome platform with great service

I've played on at least 300 of the sweep sites available, I can honestly say this one is probably top three worst ever. Just completely shady, they used to even have it where every time you spend your winnings wouldn't even go directly to you and you have to buy coin packages. It's not like that anymore but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Years ago they had one of my favorite slots that wasn't on that many sites and it's been gone for I can't tell you how long but still they have the icon for it and you pushed to play it and it's not there.
They claim that you can claim real money converting your gold coin winnings but there is no area where you can actually do this I've looked everywhere on the site up and down.

I play on their site all the time finally get to the point where I can cash out they will not take my documents. When you push the button to submit the only option they give you is to use your pictures from your gallery. They tried telling me I was using screenshots then when I told him I wasn't using that and that I was using the photos from my photo gallery they told me that was unacceptable too but that's the only option you have cuz you can't use your camera. I have a screenshot so the conversation with the person. And it said all documents were submitted successfully. I have $100 waiting to cash out I would give them zero Stars if I could right now

Update: I was paid on all 3 redemptions. Within 4 business days They do have a $50 max per day withdrawal limit but I’m happy. Thx.

Waiting on 3 redemptions. It’s been 2 days since the first request. So far I am enjoying the site. If I get paid on these , I’ll definitely move to a 5 star. Good luck

Spinsaga is in the top 3 worst casinos I've had accounts with. You can only redeem $150 a day and there are several other issues but just be warned if you don't want your money locked up.
