I had only good experiences with this company! Love the games and redemption was easy.

It's actually another app that's affiliated with this company. They are some scammers. After beating me out of $50 straight. I finally win and now they don't want to send me my damn money. Normally you redeem your money and you get it within a matter of minutes. Now they with this 24 hours stuff now, it's been almost 48 hours and they still will not pay me what they owe me. My account been fully verified. They kept trying to sale me lies like I'm new 2 this, I been using these apps for almost 2 years and they are giving me problems with my money. The gaming app is Cash Clash Slots. I'm a witness. Don't do business with these people because they will scam you. Honestly speaking! I have a picture of the app. I'm trying to see how I can upload it.

I've been trying to update my phone number. Finally they sent me a link. Verification was successful but still can't change my phone number. Been waiting to redeem. I trusted their other sites, always got paid but now on Sorcery reels I need my help and support is no where to be found. I'm not going to give up until I get my money. My son is a lawyer it's time for a class action lawsuit this company needs to be reported to the Attorney General so we can move forward with a class action lawsuit

I have have almost 1300 in winnings that have been processing and not sent I have tried the number to call I tried in app contact and email and no response! If I don’t receive my money I will escalate this matter

Just tried redeeming and even with it verifying my account it doesn't let me reedem my winnings. I believe I got scammed. I get told they escalated my issue to the verification department and I haven't received anything back.

I won 863.. September 07/25 I still to this day which is 10-09-25 still haven’t received that redemption… I contacted them several times no answer… I won another 300 tonight bet I don’t hear nothing back from them hellloo we use our own money they are collecting millions can’t pay us our few hundreds after we spend thousands to make them rich … I won’t be playing again until they pay up …

Don't. Play here no customer service and they dont pay wins save your miney its a scam

This is a horrible casino I paid for a welcome offer and my bank said the money came out of my account but they did not add it to my account they just kept the money! I could not play about half the games and I take it was because I might actually have a chance at winning! Customer service right every time I went to try and communicate with them I would be kicked off site or redirected to anywhere else! I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a bunch of crooks! I would like to add screen shots to my review as they will show proof of not only the stealing money but also how the customer service is non existing.

So I won over two thousand dollars on one game, a week ago. I'm still waiting for my winnings. There has been emails going back-and-forth and feel like this casino. It's a scam. I will be contacting a lawyer. the Better Business Bureau.

I do not live in any of these states I am in Minnesota And yet it says that I am in a restricted Zone and will not even load the web page for me

I have won several times and gotten very quick redemptions on multiple sites of theirs. I just won another hundred off log in bonus. They are generous with their bonuses and I have mever been scammed by them at all. Idk what’s going on with all these others. Side note though I will say their are a couple sites ran by them

These people are very bogus and they will take your money and act like they found something in your account so they don’t have to pay you, they have a bunch of different apps they are the same company but switch the names up on the app. I have lost so much money dealing with these people. So the app that I’m playing is called Prowess Spin. So, after losing hundreds of dollars to these people, finally I win and I redeem my winnings, normally with in a matter of minutes my money would be in my account. Now all of a sudden today they want to tell me that my account is being reviewed. It’s my same account I been using nothing has changed, but that’s their way in not wanting to pay me my money. I’m telling you’ll right now “Don’t ever do business with these people because they’re going to rip you off. The app is called Prowess Spin. I wish I could up load a picture of the app. Anyone have any recommendations into who I can contact for this company. I’m going to have some done about this. They have took so much money from me it’s ridiculous. I’m going to see if my attorney can tell me what I need to do and the actions I need to take. From experience they will get you for what you have. They have even rigid the apps up until you really can’t win and when you do their not going to pay you. They just did this to me!

I won several times. I was able to get most of my money but still have a winning of $1000 that was denied through cash app. I've reached out to spin socery several times with NO response. I talked with Cash app representative and they told me to report them for phising /Scam site.
My other winnings came through using PayPal.

This site does have enjoyable slots to play and easy to win, The problem is redeeming the money you win during game play. I have won several times but each time I tried to cash out there was a problem, in all the excitement of winning I did misspell my Cash App Tag.
I was informed of the error and made several attempts to correcting my Cash App Tag so the money could be rightfully deposited. I was told by customer services
that I would receive an email on how to Change my deposit information, this was back on May 14th 2025. I did get one email stating that they were working on the problem and it would be resolved quickly. as of today July 5th I still have not been granted any of my winnings. I find this hard to believe since they had no problem withdrawing from my account to purchase game playing coins. I also emailed the Support Team my CASH APP and Pay Pal information but no avail.
DO NOT EXPECT A PAY OUT!!!!!!

EDIT: I reached out to customer support as advised here, but they claim they see no irregularities with my processing fees. They did clarify that the fees are based on the accumulated amount you’ve cashed out (8% up to 1000 and 11% for anything over 1000, according to their information icon on the redemption page) but my first redemption was $900 and they still took 11%. Customer “support” was no help at all. From now on, I’ll just spend my hard earned money on the millions of other sites that don’t even charge a processing fee. It’s not like SpinSorcery is paying out any more frequently than other sites I play on 🤷‍♀️

Not sure how to rate this platform. I do like it, but I HATE that they charge a processing fee on redemptions. And why does it say 8% for up to 1000, yet every single time I have redeemed, they have charged me 11%, regardless of the amount. That’s scandalous itself, but to charge a processing fee at all is ridiculous. I spend way more than I redeem, so you’re charging me a % to get my own money back?

Was playing the 21 win challenge app was going to redeem my winnings and my account was frozen for abnormal reasons. That’s fine I message customer service to unfreeze my account. No answer going on a week. Would not recommend spin sorcery at all . Worst customer service ever!!!! Just a SCAM!!!! Follow-up: someone got a hold of me had to go through hoops to get unfrozen did what they asked. Haven’t heard back in 3 days. Very frustrating.
