I ordered a pair of earing's 10 days ago they have just arrived and are lovely I'm very happy with the company

Nach fast 2 Monaten die Ware erhalten. Sollte eine schmerzlindernde Creme für das Knie sein. Inhalt ca. 2ml. Selten so einen Müll bekommen.

Do not order from this company!
Ordered 2 wrist pouches advertised to hold a mobile phone and zip pocket for cash. They arrived and are tiny there is no way any size of phone can fit in this. Have requested a refund from paypal no contact info or return instructions in package and completely different product to what I ordered. Not fit for purpose!

Ware am 07.09.22 bestellt und nicht erhalte. Auf Email erhalte ich keine Antwort. PayPal kann nicht helfen, da die "Firma" Treckingdaten vorgelegt hat, die Aussagen, dass die Ware angeblich geliefert wurde. Somit ist mein Geld weg.

Das ist der allerletzte Mist. Größe, Material, Kommunikation & Customer Responsibility and Care. Ich sage so etwas wirklich ungern, da die Ausdrucksweise nicht zu meinem Sprachgebrauch gehört, aber hier trifft es den Nagel auf den Kopf. Dringend: Hände weg!
Rückabwicklung: das Angebot vom Verkäufer dazu lautet auf 50%. Nach meiner eindrücklichen Mail in Englisch mit Fotos über angebotenes & geliefertem, kam das Geld zu 100% binnen 24 Stunden zurück. Ein glückliches Ende!!!

None delivery, two weeks gone by, no email but paypal money taken, scam.

I've just received a little wooden heart-shaped tree ornament, that I ordered a couple weeks ago. Very disappointed. It looked so much better in the photos. Its certainly not worth the money I paid for it. I won't be ordering from them again

Ordered magic colouring pencils all together with postage cost £15.98 what a complete waste of money they are normal pencils basic pencils plus half of the points were broken. Would definitely recommend to anyone stay away from this site.

Also bought the advent calendar. Have also found it predominately coloured glass. Bought through Paypal on a credit card, so will be attempting to get compensation.

Update : Complained through Paypal and received a full refund within 12 hours (on a Sunday).

I ordered a keychain for "Grandson" and "Granddaughter" from them on 9th November, via Wishpocket. I received the package on 25th November but, unfortunately, they sent a "Son" keychain instead. I immediately sent Wishpocket an email saying that I would like to have one of the items replaced ( their error) I didn't get a reply, so sent another email. Still nothing to date. I will be taking it further if I don't get a reply in the next couple of working days. There is no telephone number to ring - just an email address. Looking at their reviews I will not be ordering from them again.

Purchased a “National geographic” rock and mineral advent calendar through a discount advert on Facebook and discovered not only it is not linked to National geographic but it is full of rubbish glass and gravel. The text describing the rocks has nothing to do with the content and is full of spelling mistakes. Absolute sham and wish I could give it zero stars

Ordered a teddy bear off Facebook and was sent an empty package with a piece of cardboard in it. Disgusting Scamming Company !!

I ordered a hat scalf from this company no correspondence what so ever, emailed them 4 times with no response, item not arrived ordered 4th November 22, this is the 2nd time I've ordered from facebook both scams never again claiming back from paypal
