Danke Paypal

These are trading as Sandetic Inc on Facebook as well as many other "company" names. Ordered and paid for a "pocket penguin hug" for my dad. 9 days later no item and incorrect tracking number. Have reported to PayPal who have taken up the case as impossible to contact the company via email and customer services.
AVOID
UPDATE...The money has now been refunded after being investigated by PayPal within 10 minutes of my complaint
Thankyou PayPal

I bought 2 by my side hand painted " art " ornaments and after a long and anticipated wait they arrived and we were bitterly disappointed with them. The art work was terrible a 5 year old could have done better plus they looked very cheap and tacky. I Emailed them for a refund over a week ago but haven't had any response from them whatsoever, Do not buy from this company we are £36.97 down through this disreputable company.

Received a Dental Color Corrector.Nothing would come out.Put a straw in to get the product out
Managed to retrieve a tiny amount and brushed teeth. Made no change at all except a bitter taste in my mouth.Definitely not fit for purpose and worried it’s not safe.Do not buy

bought a bottle of high protection for the car one load of rubbish its the tiniest wee bottle and doesn't cover the scratches

I ordered and rock and mineral advent calendar and what I got was a box with everything in loose. I opened a PayPal dispute and said I would return it. They can't accept returns because of coronavirus so offered me a 50% refund which I refused. Then offered 70%.
They are trading off the name of National Geographic - utter scammers

Purchased from this company this week - what i received is nothing like the advert - absolute rubbish - and of course nobody responds to my complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they advertise on Facebook - if I see the advert again I shall put a warning on unless I get a satisfactory solution to my complaint.

Scam alert! Should be zero stars. Sent for spiral plant supports on the basis of a video advert showing metal spikes twisted into a spiral at the top. Received flimsy sticks with plastic curl to fix to the top. Absolutely disgusting that this person or company is allowed to continue trading. A bit of research showed me that the company is Chinese and operates under over different 700 names, hence all the seemingly different companies in the bad reviews on here. Have sought recompense both directly (hold out little hope) and via Paypal. Lesson - don't reply to video ads, check out reviews first!

Bought 2 pairs of trousers. One too small, the other bigger size fitted badly. Thin horrid material. Tried emailing to get refund label 2 weeks ago, no reply. Package had no return address, no invoice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Have just received an email from PayPal saying this company have said that due to COVID they cannot take returned items, and a 50% refund is the best they can offer!? What a scam!!

Do not buy from these people I bought earrings for my granddaughter they came aquashed flat in the post no product protection

Bought Monocular eye piece from Alley lnc, it arrived damaged, total cost £22.00. I contacted supplier asking for refund OR replacement. Had no response, days later another arrived. It does not do what it claims on Facebook?. I.assumed it was a replacement, in fact, Alley took another £22.00 put of my account without my permission. They are not responding to any of my inquiries.

Ordered cotton dress from the website has arrived but not cotton material is cotton and viscose very badly made and very short ordered large huge around the body but can only just squeeze into the top. Cannot get any response from the email address have no idea where to return it to - only good for the rag bag!!. Do not purchase anything from this website absolute rubbish.

I ordered two bottles of car scratch repair after seeing it advertised and demonstrated on Facebook.
It’s absolute rubbish and doesn’t work at all even though the scratches are only surface.
Wish I’d seen reviews before ordering.
Not hopeful of getting a refund but will try through PayPal.

Do not order from this company , ordered a bookmark in shape of a cat. It came in bits held together by what looks like flimsy clear tape. It couldn't hold a breath let alone a page in a book.

Taught me a lesson check before you buy, hope this helps.

Bought a fidget ring for my daughter and it came broken. No answer from “customer support “ .

Dishonest doesn't begin to describe this set-up. They send shoddy/different/smaller goods than advertised--or nothing at all, then they "disappear"-- with your money. No Customer Service, no contact details and no reply to enquiries.

Erhaltene Ware entspricht in keinster weise der Beschreibung und der Abbildung. Kontakt zum Verkäufer kommt nicht zustande! Finger weg!!!!!

SCAM why are they allowed to advertise on Facebook .Ordered and paid for a ring and yep guess what .Taken the money and NO RING ...

Bought plant supports. Video showed sturdy one piece supports. What arrived was thin supports with cheap clip on top. Rubbish. Won't reply to emails.
RUBBISH COMPANY. DON'T BUY.

Ordered 2 anxiety rings for gifts no confirmation no tracking and still no delivery over 2 weeks later. Took up a case with paypal, I have messaged and emailed the company but no response either
