We have heard a lot of positive comments about Spire Window Systems and decided to contact them and see fore ourselves. We are so pleased that we did. From the very start we were treated very politely and everything was explained in detail. The two people who did the work were vey pleasant and treated us as if we were old friends. The work was completed with good humor and we were highly delighted with the completed job. We would have no hesitation in recommending Spire to anyone, well done.

We almost reluctantly decided it was time to update our almost 35 year old Spire windows. We are delighted with the new ones. Everyone has been brilliant, from salesman Pete and surveyor Nathan, who helped and guided us to make sure we got the details right, to our fitter the amazing Danny who worked non-stop and was punctual, polite, considerate, accurate and very neat and tidy. We would highly recommend this company.

Just bought eight windows from them. Having read numerous reviews we decided they were our preferred company and they agreed to price match the lowest quote we had been given. Everyone that had an appointment turned up on time and there was no hard sell where they give you a price and then offer a lower price if you agree there and then. Initially we were told the install could stretch into the second day but the installer Danny turned up and worked non stop installing all eight window and cleaning up after himself in less than eight hours. Very happy with the service we got from start to finish

Amazing service from this company and the fitter was on his own and excellent couldnt of done a better job cleaned up really well too would recommend.

We had 16 windows replaced, including a large arched window.

We had a few misunderstandings at the start about colour choices and timescales, but these were promptly resolved to our satisfaction. We also had one very small fault in an installed window (small piece of debri between the panes) - it was SPIRE who spotted this and let us know and of course ordered a replacement straight away.

Everything else ran smoothly and the finished result is excellent. I understand SPIRE make all of their windows in-house to order, and their high quality is clearly evident.

I think a good measure of a company's service is how they deal with things when they don't quite go as planned, and SPIRE excelled in this regard - they truly are customer-focussed and easy to work with. Prices are very reasonable too - great value.

Special mention to Danni who's fitting service we really appreciated - quick, efficient, friendly, respectful and tidy.

The installation was quick and done to a very high standard. The workmen were cheerful and very helpful.

Superb quality and workmanship from beginning to end. New doors are outstanding. Fitting and installation was trouble free and everything was left neat and tidy on completion. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call to the finished job, fantastic service throughout. We were constantly kept informed as our order was processed.
The three workmen that came were hardworking, thorough and a pleasure to have working in our home. They cleaned up after they had finished, which wasn’t easy on a very wet day !

Spire were used to construct a porch on the front of the Community Hall in Mablethorpe. The onsite operatives were punctual and polite and the end result is great. Thank you to all at Spire from Mablethorpe & Sutton Town Council
