Split Drop is a Big Scam. I brought hundreds refferals, I worked for two mounhs to reach the withdrawal amount and Split Drop does not pay. Split Drop is a Big, Big Scam and waste of Time.

Splitdrop is a decent site, but it has serious issues when it comes to withdrawals. Some offers pay instantly, but others put your withdrawals on hold for 30 days. After the 30-day period, the withdrawal remains on hold indefinitely, without any clear resolution. You can’t do anything about it, and support is unresponsive.

I’m giving 2 stars only because some offers did pay out and withdraw as promised, but the lack of transparency and communication makes it hard to recommend.

Edit 1 : ok I understand your point of view , I read now the mails . My account has 0% chargeback rate , and I’ve done the revu offer 30 days ago . By the way I’ll wait the withdrawal , and understand your point of view that if i get chargeback you don’t receive the payout from revu .

Edit 2 : in the end they paid evrything , they just have problems with revu as they said .

they suspended me after i got chargeback before that they hold my payment if it chargeback so they can deduct still they banned me for 1 chargeback and suspended and didnt even paid for the offer that didnt chargedback
update : they removed the ban lets see if they pay

I had the account for awhile and didn't use it but someone suggested it on FB so I thought I'd try them. I did an offer I was interested in and went to cashout, and at first I verified my phone number and received the code with no problem make note of that. Then I requested an email verify the next step to request cashout. It didn't come so I contacted support.
Support surprisingly answered quickly faster than most and claimed they could manually verify it because they were talking to me via my email and I was responding to them so they knew it was my email, okay good. Then this person tried to falsely accuse me of having a VOIP phone number stating policy does not allow VOIP and that I'd need to verify my number again.My number is not VOIP.I had zero problems verifying my phone if it were VOIP the auto system on the site would not have verified it. That night I got on the website seen the phone number still showed verified and that they manually had verified my email address as they said so I requested my $10 cashout. And I forgot about it waiting for them to send cause it said up to 2 days however it had been over 24 hours since I requested email verification when my email received about a dozen request to verify my email so I signed on to see if it still showed my email as verified. It still showed verified. I checked the cashout and it showed on hold so I contacted to ask why and I was told my phone is a VOIP which is untrue and I believe they know it is not a VOIP or their system would have not verified my number to begin with, I couldn't verify my email that is true however they were messaging me directly to that email so they know its mine. They at that time requested a KYC verify but claim they do not have an automated system so they wanted me to just send license/Selfie directly in an email. That set off red flags to me.
Okay here's the thing
1. I know my phone is not VOIP and I believe so do they because most systems will not verify one.
2. The fact that all those emails to verify arrived more than 24 hours after being requested I feel that was a server error on their end not mine. I got plenty of emails that day some verification for other websites and some other things etc. Including direct emails from their support.
3. They kept stating their VPN policy but I don't use one.
4.They wanted an email attachment of my DL and selfie. They also claim they sent a previous email requesting that info when I attempted to cashout but funny thing I never got it or herd from them until I messaged them asking why it was on hold.
Bottom line if they have an automated KYC verifier I wouldn't hesitate to verify my identity but that is not information I would ever feel comfortable sending in an email. I also feel since they kept falsely calling my phone a VOIP it would lead to even more issues than it's worth and a circle of problems. I do believe they are a newer site and giving them the benefit of the doubt I wish them the best but I hope for their sake if they intend to keep long term users willing to do offers and be as successful as some of the sites that's been around for a decade or more they need to implement better updates and get a KYC verifier if they require one.
That is just my personal experience and I see many who have had no problem with them. I'd say if you are going to proceed, proceed with caution.

If you have some PATIENCE, the site is worth it and WILL pay you. I understand the support staff receives alot of support tickets and take a while to process everything. This site is good and the creators are supportive and generous with giveaways.
