The live chat support is polite, but extremely slow. I waited over 40 minutes to get someone to respond to me, and by then I had already lost interest in fixing the problem. They need way more staff available

Awesome platform for gambling. Shame the wins aren’t real sometimes lol.

Used to be great, fell off a cliff. Stopped offering sports tournaments. Changed the way they offer bonus products. Recently had a competition where 101 members won $50 each and they rescinded it. Avoid.

I’ve enjoyed this app over the last 2 years, however I’ve noticed a big change in prize amounts And free comps,

They ran a promotion then took back the money everyone won for an absolute cop out reason. They even canceled my 2 day old withdrawal to pull back the promo funds. They deleted all of the back lash comments in their chats surrounding this issue and blamed it on "fraudulent accounts" who never would of been able to withdraw in the first place.

When you go to withdraw, they charge your card for verification and those funds need to be "turned over". Meaning when you're done betting and try to withdraw, they try roping you back into gambling again. Also, the
amount they charge is under the minimum bet requirement as well so if you want to withdraw, vou'd need to redeposit to bet what they just charged you to verify. Absolute slimy tactics.

This app/site is extremely shady, I wouldn't trust it with any of my money.

Easy to use and safe

Dislikes:
- Races closing early.
If you follow fluctuations in betting like I do, its very frustrating to have races closing earlier than when they jump or when TAB closes them.
- Prize pools dropped considerably.
This is without a doubt the main concern. All comps take a hit here in some degree, mainly Full Cards.
- More tournament variety.
Its like Ground Hog Day logging in each morning to see the same old tournaments up. Need to add the following which were very popular with decent prize pools. "One Hour of Power - $500 starting pool $10-$20 entry fee, pay 1,2,3 only, regardless of the amount of entries". "Bloodbath 30 minute tournaments $250 starting pool, $10 entry fee. WINNER TAKES ALL".
- Regular app issues on Android.
Everyday there is issues with notifications not coming through. I'm a busy person everyday and don't listen to all races, I need that "Winning Bet" notification to come through every time I get a winner.
- Champchat.
No one playing on the platform likes the way you have taken the chatting option out of each individual tournament and made a separate tab for it. I have lost contact with friends on the platform because of it.
Withdrawals:
- I make very regular withdrawals. Its 2024 not 1985 and OSKO fast payments platform is used across most betting agencies in Australia now. Once a withdrawal is requested it should be instantly available in my bank account. I use Dabble and GoldBet, they both do these instant withdrawals. Currently if I want to withdraw Friday, Saturday, or Sunday with Sportchamps, I need to wait until Monday for my money, not good enough.
Likes:
- payouts have been faster at times recently allowing the flow of betting in the next race more possible and updating leaderboards faster.
- regular deposit bonuses have been a very welcome gift and appreciated.
- Level Up targets are a great idea and I use these regular to experiment in betting options to gain an edge on fellow players.

the team on here are very prompt and will always bend over backwards to assist you in getting your issue sorted.

You guys are doing an ok job but I'd like to see the dislikes rectified ensuring the future of players like me to keep your platform running.
