Not received item and no reply to messages
Update 3-2-2024: received the sportcounter. Mail office CY made mistake.
Bought item on 10-01-2024 and until today not received yet. Phoned 3 times but no answer. Sent email direct to email address on Paypal transaction and via mailform on site. No answer on any communication. Don't buy from this site.

Good experience
Order arrived on time (as a Christmas gift), despite short notice. Also was given a free upgrade to the better model (which I didn't really want, as I liked the simplicity of the base model lap counter - but hey, I am not complaining!)

Suivi de livraison à revoir
L'achat et la livraison ont heureusement eu lieu mais à aucun moment je n'ai reçu de mail complet venant de Sportcount recapitulant clairement mon achat (juste un reçu de paypal). Le plus desagreable est que je n'ai recu aucun mail de suivi sur la livraison ni aucune date confirmée de livraison. Avant de recevoir mon achat j'ai envoyé un mail via le site web pour savoir quand il serait livré et personne ne m'a jamais repondu. Donc l'experience d'achat est mitigée meme si je suis tres content au final du produit et de l'avoir reçu.

Empfehlenswerte Erleichterung beim Schwimmen
Gutes Produkt, wirklich praktisch zum Bahnen zählen beim Schwimmen, gleichzeitig werden noch die Zeiten angezeigt, guter Preis, Lieferung war problemlos und schneller als erwartet. Das einzige, was ich verbessern würde wäre ein Ausschaltknopf um Batterie zu sparen, so dauert es immer 30 min bis sich das Gerät von alleine ausschaltet.
