Very helpful! Emily was great!!

It was a scenic spot. It was close to the park.
Picking our own spot was good. The campground should have had instructions that it was alright to do so.
It could use a playground for kids.
We got a bit sandblasted when the mountain winds came.

This place is cute and homey, with lovely views and kind staff.

Lovely spot with night sky views. Caught a trout in the river early in the morning as well. Friendly staff.

Ther was lots room to easily park camper car and truck! Well maintained and management was nice to talk to on the Phone for possible extention. No shade available, looks to be a new campground. Electic included. You are not far from Alamosa. Nice cool mornings in that area, highs of maybe 83 degrees.

Got on online booked it and it was done!!

Booked a last minute RV site (the day before). Called the host site’s front office when we arrived, after hours, and they had no information on us. Had to screen shot them the receipt. They luckily had one person leave their site early otherwise we would be at a hotel.

Quiet midtown location to everything. Clean and well maintained.

The campground we stayed at was not well trained in using the website for managing our reservation. It required several phone calls between us while we were traveling to get the reservation right.

Booking was easy, no issues as of yet.

Service fees are outrageous! Could have just called the RV park and saved money!

I thought I was simply booking through the Good Sam website, but it took me to this site and added a bunch of fees. I thought I was getting g a Good Sam discount, however, I ended up paying more than if I booked through the campsite’s website.

The campground was terrible. They gave our reserved spot to someone else and no one was around or available to help us. We had to boondock somewhere else, Spot2Nite was great and responded immediately and gave us a refund. It’s 2 days later and I still have heard nothing from the campground. Thanks Spot2Nite for standing behind your service!

Advertised cable TV, but found it was not working when we arrived.

Wifi was weak at best - mostly not able to connect.

Hot tub was not working and pool cleanliness was questionable - we avoided it even though temperatures were over 100.

Site was nice and location was good.

$5 for a quart of milk was outrageous.

Staff were not very helpful. We made sure we could have something delivered but when we arrived were told that no deliveries on weekends.

We got a campground for one night at last minute!

The owners were not expecting us. We got ahold of one of the numbers they provided in the confirmation email. Who helped us to find a site for the night as the one provided was or accessible as the park was closed for the off season, but he said that they had let people use the spots that are not within the roped off area. When we awoke the next morning the staff was not super welcoming, they were very surprised to see us. We ended up dry camping with no electric as we ended up in a 30 amp spot with no adapter instead of the 50 amp spot we had intended to rent. We didn’t mind as we were just so happy to have made it, and to have somewhere safe to park for the night. Our biggest shock was when the manager asked about how and why we were there we let her know who we had gotten ahold of and what they said to us. This is when she informed us that he is no longer affiliated with the park and that we should have never been told we could sleep there, and that they would have to get the information fixed for their listing.. so I mean long story short, we are super thankful to the guy who answered the phone late at night and allowed us to park and sleep. We really needed to stop for the night, we had two small children and were too tired to continue.
