Being able to book online
Being able to book online. Some private/Good Sam parks require a call to set up or finalize a booking. I try to have everything booked in advance and find it a major hassle if I can't book and confirm online during the evening when I schedule my trips.

Payment not received by campground.
The campground received our reservation for 1 nught but upon arrival, they asked for our payment. I explained that I paid Spot2Nite. I was told they would look into it. However, I received a call from them in a day or two again telling me that they did not receive the payment from you. I offered to send them my receipt from you.

While we do charge a small booking fee to operate our platform and connect travelers to available spots in real-time, the fee will never exceed 10% of the reservation cost, and often less. Each park has different taxes and fees which will appear with transparency in your cart before checkout. Please keep in mind you can apply your discount memberships before checkout as well. Quick and helpful customer service
I had some issues with being assigned a dry campsite when I requested a full hookup site. Spot2nite was able to quickly work with me and give me a refund for the wrong site assignment.

I was dubious as I never heard of you before & reserved anyway because of word of mouth about the resort. My credit card was declined due to possible fraud. Bank called me within moments & it was straightened out.

I was able to book after hours with no problems for an Rv park that wasn’t otherwise available. Spot2nite’s service call number, somebody actually answers and helps you and goes the extra effort! Very impressed and I ll start using their app. Thank you!

I should have booked my rv site directly…
I could have booked my rv site directly with the park for the same daily rate and it would have cost me nothing extra. Instead, Spot2Nite charged me the going rate PLUS $26 service fee PLUS $11.38 transaction fee PLUS $2 on line booking fee. Total rip off!

The lady that helped me, Emily, was just wonderful. Her customer service was the best I have had anywhere in a long time. Refreshing that there are still good people out there answering the phones versus AI and call trees. Definitely would use Spot2Nite again just based on how helpful Emily was.
