Worked perfectly for 5 days after that i got removed from the premium family i contacted them and got a new fresh key i used it and in 30 minuted i got removed again now they just keep ignoring me

All in one. Just incredible, this music app. Spotify allows me to follow any Music Artist, groups, or bands I choose. They analyse my choices and create Playlists of a mixture of type of music and artists. I'm always amazed at what I am given to listen to! Artists I've never heard, and I can keep or delete. I'm super satisfied with Spotify! I think I'll stay with and keep discovering.

All problems were resolved within a day (problems were mostly my fault) but it's legit so it's nice

Did had a small issue with my account, but sorted out real quick! Even when i made mistakes providing details, they just kept helping no probs! Thanks for the service!

Support may not be 24/7 but at least you're not having a robot feed you a endless chain of the same "What's your issue" loop end on end, when they're posted as online, they will be there quickly to help you with your needs. Told the agent my issue, and a few minutes later my issue was resolved nearly instantly.
EDIT: Shortly after writing this review, both accounts I had upgraded were removed from the premium plan, after using their replacement service, they had been removed again within an hour. My experience in attempting to renew the premium services on said accounts has been miserable. Hence the 1 star review I'm giving as of now.
Furthermore, another edit: The next day, after contemplating a refund, a support agent did go over my support ticket, and helped me get through the issues I was having, I will admit to being fairly frustrated during my last edit, given some problems were of my own accord. My experience all throughout however will have to hover around 3 stars.

Fast help, support almost 24h/24 active. Fast replacements and no problems with support.

I tried another site, and it did not work. Unfortunately this showed up as the 2nd site for me, instead of the 1st. Anyway, I gave it a shot after being disappointed and not only was this site a much easier user interface, there was instant live chat support who took me through the entire process from start to finish. In the meantime, I had to e-mail the other site about the issue and am still waiting for a response, I already got my account activated through here, and instant chat response with customer support who was was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this site enough.
