They terminated my "early investor" account just like that, even though, i invested hundreds of dollars in their service.
Not a trusthworthy company. What they did is extremely wrong and harmed my business in a deep way.

I lodged a support enquiry in May 2023 and received an initial response clarfying my issue. The enquiry was about the system not providing any detailed reporting and statistics. The support person tried to say it was set up incorrectly. But I showed them that there was data on the main dashboard but nothing when you selected the more detailed screens. I have no statistics for a year of advertising. The support person fobbed me off and now doesn't respond to any emails. So I have spent hundreds of dollars with a company that doesn't respond to requests for assistance. The product doesn't not work as advertised and the company doesn't care. I cant access any usefule information about performance. I wrote my last email over 24 hours ago and no response. There has been no offer to try and retify and there is still no data

Able to engage your audience with video interaction. There is also option to create interactive catalog with
PDF and videos. The interaction areas interact well with video viewers. Gotten this software in the hopes of many great upcoming features, as the developers seem to be on a path to keep improving with more
features, which is great. Limited functionality if videos are not in your own websites, such as if the videos are played in YouTube or Facebook, the interaction is limited. But this is understandable, as those platform does not allow external codes to run on it. On the note of YouTube, the software has a Chrome extension that can be installed so the users with it may get the interaction working.

My reason for purchasing Spott was to enable someone with basic editing skills in my team to publish interactive content without having to go thru a steep learning curve. In addition, the facility to publish to FB, Pinterest, IG, etc makes the product highly versatile for engaging the customer in order to capture leads or supply more product information (e.g., e-commerce).

Very neat interface and neatly designed widget styles. My favorite things about this tool are the user-friendly interface, detailed reporting, and limitless media capacity. Overall I love the platform. My only request is to update the style selector's preview when adding a style to the interactive zone. The previews of each style are minimal and hard to grasp at a look. I know you can add the style to your asset and then click the "preview" button to see it on a bigger scale, but that adds many additional steps if you're trying to get a feel of the style on your asset. I would love to see an extended preview when hovering over each style.

I love how easy it has been to get onboarded to Spott and get my account set up. I'm really looking forward to increasing the customer experience for my digital marketing campaigns with shoppable images. Awesome job Spott team!

Spott is very user-friendly and has almost no learning curve. We were able to quickly make use of it for our new campaign. The interactivity increased user engagement by more than 60%. We will be using this for all our upcoming campaigns.

Great product with a very promising future. The interactivity Spott offers is great wether you are trying to capture leads, provide more information or sell products. It's a great tool for product launches or websites.

Spott is very easy to use and adding interactivity is always a win. I've been using it to design digital magazines and product features but I was planning to even use it in my art portfolio to provide details about my paintings and in online art classes to explain specific parts of an image. I think it's great. I've done similar manually before but Spott saves so much time.

The future of marketing online may very well be interactive media and Spott makes it so simple for anyone without technical video/image editing skills to create interactive content for videos and images (through hotspots) and publish to different platforms (eg. interactive Google display ads, facebook, pinterest, more).

I got this app in Sept 2020 to be used in my company's marketing and promotional activities. I created a promotional ebook and embedded Spott-powered & hosted videos onto my ebook. I was really surprised that the click-through rate (readership) went up to 449 in just 4 short days. Spott is relatively easy to set up and very user-friendly. I am going to power more projects using Spott's interactive and hotspot technologies going forward.

Gamification of media is the new trend, One of our campaigns with spott resulted in 2x more conversion than the regular campaign.

I've been using Spott for my virtual tour business. They have a 360 degree player available that allows you to embed panorama photo's on any website. The normal interactive spots are also available, adding a sales element for small business clients.
I'm hoping for a further multi panorama integration soon so I can completely switch to their service.
