You may experience delays in delivery of goods if they order from supplier to fulfil your order, so worth enquiring about stock before ordering if needed urgently. There were some issues with an item being shipped to billing instead of shipping address and less than attentive customer service on the matter, but they've since taken my feedback on board and provided better customer care.

Rang up to ask about hiring a machine, took ages to get through to them, just kept ringing and ringing, took them ages to pick up the phone.
Got through to a man who was very rude and blunt and had no clue what i was talking about. Definitely shopping somewhere else that hopefully has nicer staff.

Work on your customer service skills, these customers are paying your wage remember.

I bought a Graco 390 and a few tips, extensions and tapes etc, not all on the one purchase, and SPRAY DIRECT are the best company I have worked with. It seems that no matter who I speak to, they know so so so much about Spraying... The Youtube videos they product are great, they are very honest and not trying to sell you something you dont need - GREAT COMPANY and could not recommend them enough!!!!

Placed an order on 13th Feb for some sanding discs. Received an email to say they are processing this order. Then nothing! I emailed on 18th Feb asking when my order is being dispatched. Aaron has replied to say that 3M are undergoing changes to their range of sanding discs and they only have half of what I ordered in stock. Awaiting more from 3M but not until 2nd week of March!
Was I only told this because I asked? Would they of emailed me to let me know?! Prob not!
There is no information on the website nor do they tell you when an item is out of stock. You are just expected to wait and wait until it eventually arrives! Won't be using them again as this is the 2nd time purchasing and 2nd time this has happened.

Difficult one. Ordered an item for close to £500 at a competitive price. Order date 23/01/25 and expected delivery in 2 - 3 days, which I think is reasonable these days. Just received a message from Courier that it’s being delivered today 01/02/2025. That’s 9 days after placing order. I did phone Spray Direct twice to see what was happening and the gentleman I spoke with was polite and helpful but the bottom line is that they took my order without having the item in stock and had to wait for their supplier to deliver to them. Nothing on their website to say they didn’t have the item currently in stock. I think that’s unacceptable. Although the price was competitive I would have rather paid £20 more and had delivery next working day. I think it’s sharp practice to take an order in full knowledge that it’s not in stock without informing the customer to that effect. We’re mostly ordering tools / equipment for our work and this experience delayed what I needed to do. You live and learn I suppose. Would it put me off using Spray Direct again ? Probably.

I am so pleased with my new Graco HVLP Sprayer. I found Johnny and Josh to be so welcoming. There’s no hard sell, they were patient with all my questions and I’ve come away feeling positive knowing I’ve got assistance if I need it. Can’t wait to get spraying. 100% happy with Spray Direct.

Very helpful and and knowledgeable, placed an order online and it was with me the next day! would definitely use again.

Tried to order 2 times, and both got cancelled without explanation, and no mail reply. Maybe because i paid with Paypal, and its hard to scam with that.

Just wanted to counter some of the negative reviews with a positive. I read the existing negative reviews *after* I'd place an order, then panicked. No need, as they proactively contacted me about the fact some of what I had ordered is out of stock but they'd be sending the other items out on next day delivery. All good!
Giving 4/5 as it is a little annoying that stock levels aren't indicated when ordering.

Useless customer service
They try to charge me nearly 400 £ for service of sprayer bought from them , under warranty , which cost me 60 £ AND 5 MINS OF WORK .
Newer again any staff from them

I ordered a variety of sanding discs from their website and was emailed that my order is being processed and have not heard anything further from them and still no response after i email them a week after my order

I had a large job booked in for next week but I needed 2 dustless sanders to complete it.
I ordered them and a few other items from SPRAYDIRECT and this came to the sum of £806.
I received a message the next day stating that they don't have the stock and will not have it for 2-3 weeks and then it will be dispatched to me.
I told them there is noway I can wait this long and to let me know what items they don't have in stock so I could purchase elsewhere.
They did NOT do this and issued me a full refund with no explanation.
When I asked for a explanation they said it was because a MAJORITY or my order was out of stock even though I specifically asked what items it was.
They told me my refund would take 3-5 working days but usually takes 2 days, 6 working days later and STILL NO REFUND! PayPal stated that it is because SPRAYDIRECT refunded me using a Echeque!
I could potentially lose this job/money because of this company (SPRAYDIRECT) when It could of been avoided by simply stating that they was out of stock on there webpage like all other sites do.
SPRAYDIRECT'S NEGLIGENCE COULD POTENTIALLY COST ME £4-5k.
DISGRACEFUL!!
