I really unhappy with this company if it is a company.
I am requesting a full refund for my purchase of your service.

I was misled about what the service before pay also after payment done, the assistant told me that I should pay the maximum plan which is the best for my case after payment she told me that in 10 to 72 hours I would get all the data in dashboard then this time past and nothing when I go back to support they were all the time busy to assist me, then after 2 day trying many times one guy assists me and told me how it works and says for my case it won't work I should ask for refund and he apologised because of the misleading, I requested refund that is supposed to take 2-3 working days until now 6 works day past already no refund no email responded and support says they don't have nothing to do with refunds, I just want my money back please.

Ordered a pair of Discord glasses and they were dispatched quickly. Unfortunately the courier company delivered to the wrong address (confirmed by courier) and after discovering this I reached out to Spy (Bollé Brands). They quickly sent a new pair which arrived safely and quickly. Great customer service. Thank you.
