Don't bother with the LM2, despite their claims, my expeirence is that that the image quality is appalling compared to the old Link Microl LTE
Well, I have a defective cell link, contacted spypoint and 2 reps told me no problem covered under warranty and shipping out replacement. Month later contacted them again and told oh no we are not replacing defective unit as no longer available, and he tried to upsale another camera, yet I can still order exact same thing on online store. Either first 2 reps lied or 3rd one lied. Not good customer service, not even close.
So far so good. I only have one camera up this year but continually get my pics sent to me every morning without fail. Now if I could just get the camera to take more photos of deer and less of coyotes I would be really happy. LOL
It was simple to set up and I have no complaints, it has been in the field for about 5 weeks
Husband placed an online order last night and checked out as a guest. Red flag #1: confirmation screen did not provide an order # or any order details. Red flag #2: confirm email was never received. Red flag #3: charge was processed immediately, but customer service claims that they never received an order from us. Funny how they lost all our order information except for our debit card. I am disputing this through my bank. Not sure if they are scam artists or just incredibly inept.
I've had spypoint for close to 3 years now. I currently have 6 cameras out on my land. Only one is working. My land is 900 miles away. So this is not working for me. I noticed two of them need a firmware update. But I cant do it remotely, because the cameras stopped communicating. The other 3 just stopped communicating. I will say the customer support was always helpful, and the solar batteries are great.I will now find a new brand and toss out over $1000.00 dollars of spypoint cameras. I think that spypoint should find a way to remotely update all cameras in the field. I really wanted to stay with spypoint, because I liked the app, and the solar cameras, but I have 2 cameras over looking 60,000 dollars worth of equipment and another camera on my front gate. They are not working. I have 3 more on food plots and only one is currently working
SCAM WARRANTY and ZERO value of "Insider club" in Europe!
Bought 4x Spypoint Micro-S-LTE and 2x Cell-Link.
After 9 to 15m two of the Micro-S-LTE stopped working and since I did not have ability to taken them in I had to wait to file the complaint to Spypoint. Both cameras was bought November 2022 and complaint filed June 2024 = less then two years.
After extensive testing and failure analysis with the Spypoint support who forced me to bring all 4x cameras back to test (two was working, two was dead) it turned out two LIT-10 battery that was included in the bundle was faulty.
Now, Spypoint then raise the topic that battery = accessory and is only covered one year.
After multiple contacts their only proposal is to buy two new LIT-10 from the spypoint.eu shop at 99.90EUR each! --> Spending 200EUR on new batteries, while the US website charge 32USD for "insider club" members.
this company must hire people and train them for 1 hour,they never seem to know what is going on when I chat and ask questions. It takes atleast 5 minutes between replys because they are probably reading a manual because they don't know the answers. I have had 4 of these cameras and three quite working. The last time I called they told me my camera is taking pictures because the sun is triggering the camera so I should move the camera. well I am not sure where on Earth I can go with no sun. well I will admit when the camera works the way it should I am happy with it. But that is not to often, customer service is a joke. If I didn't already pay for a year and have these camera I would turff this company.
I paid for a year of unlimited photos. Spypoint removed the payment twice and I did not receive the service. When I contacted Spypoint they say that payment was not received, I sent them a screen shot showing the 2 withdrawals both for $128.70. They say they did not receive the funds, even though Bank of America shows them receiving the funds.
Spypoint is a crooked company with which I will never do business with again.
The concept tries to lure you in by holding back your pictures in hd. That way you have to either pick.up the camera and extract the pictures or buy the pictures in hd quality.
You only have 100 pictures a month.
It often crashes and has to be rebooted. The customer service is slow and.low quality.
Would find a.difderent solution if I was in the market.
