Top tier experience all around!
As it turns out, I'm almost completely incompetent when it comes to technology so I couldn't submit my stuff the usual way. That wasn't a problem. I was able to email it in and they did all the rest.
I ordered a larger size canvas and the packaging was slight overkill. My canvas only weighed 12 pounds but the heavy duty packaging weighed 70! It arrived in great shape and it looks fantastic on my wall! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
