Visited squealing pig yesterday and I can say it was a first class service all round, Friendly and polite and a good deal was done with trading in a guitar for a different one I left a very happy Bunny, I can Highly recommend them.

Squealing Pig Guitars were very reliable in their appraisal and description of the guitar I purchased. Simple no fuss purchase made easy by Squealing Pig Guitars. The staff are super friendly and ensure you get exactly what you need @ a very competitive price. Flawless customer service, seldom found in this world of mediocrity. No pushy or hard sale tactics they just let the top notch stock speak for itself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My first time ordering from Squealing Pig Guitars, but I have to say the service, personal attention and quality of communication has been excellent.

To be fully transparent however, I had made a mistake, (completely my error) when ordering so unfortunately had to request a return. Impressively, the guitar was actually collected from my doorstep with no administration on my part. (For anyone who has had to return anything ordered online, you will appreciate the benefits of having the supplier organise all of this).

On a personal level, I have to say Jack was a gentleman throughout and could not have done anymore for me.

A brilliant company who i took too after watching the various demo's of some of their new guitars ably put through their paces by their young up and coming guitar virtuoso. Great prompt service, well packaged and presented. Fantastic selection and very well priced. I recommend you to check them out, as you will not be disappointed.

Jack was helpful right from the start providing me with the string gauge I wanted. Also offered a setup and installation of additional Grovers purchased, understandable as the luthier was out of town. Appreciate the quick emails and delivery

Extremely helpful staff at Squealing Pig Guitars. The guitar sold was exactly as described and was in mint as new condition. Sale was easily arranged and the guitar arrived via UPS on the agreed date. A lot of trouble had been taken to ensure that it arrived undamaged and it was very well packed. Very good but broken string due to packaging around the headstock loses a star

Negotiated a very fair price on a beautiful 10-top PRS Custom 24, which was dispatched incredibly promptly, arriving the next day (and an hour earlier than scheduled), particularly impressive as it was New Year's Eve. The guitar was even more gorgeous than the photos suggested. My bank was cautious about paying by bank transfer, but that went fine and I got a lovely PRS. Dealings with the company via email and phone call were prompt and clear. Highly recommended.
