The Roberts Group Reviews

Absolutely disgusted
absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed today regarding one of your members of staff.
gentleman walking down the street, a member of your staff Ben Rider gave him a beating, while wearing work uniform and driving the work van, this needs investigating.

A friendly, reliable company, with attention to detail which ensures accurate delivery and collection, and with sensible pricing - would definitely use again .

Excellent service from start to finish.

Thank you Kate for your patience and support to ensure we had our skip on time with no inconvenience to the client.

If you're looking for Skip Hire, you can do no better than The Roberts Group. Kate Little in the Office, organised delivery of the Skips I wanted, after I initially ordered the wrong thing, and went above and beyond to organise a Refund when the correct Skips were ordered. The Drivers, Chris and Reg were efficient and professional, especially as location was on a busy road, with a difficult access. I was most impressed! Highly recommended.

Great service, Kate Little was a big help in organising the drop off and collection, would definitely reccommend them

It is rare that I write on-line reviews, but I felt that I should in this case, in acknowledgment of the first class service provided by Roberts Environmental Services. I had put off replacing my central heating system because I was uncertain about how best to tackle an asbestos issue safely. As part of the initial site visit, Sam provided a detailed explanation of the removal process. This informed me of what to expect and reassured me about the safety aspect of the work. The Company arrived punctually and work was carried out with great care and exactly as described. I was kept fully informed and was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation. Communication throughout was superb, as was their customer service, both of which are seemingly rare things these days. A Company with which it was a joy to do business and which I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who has asbestos issues to deal with.

2nd time hire from Roberts skip. Website and payment very easy to navigate and use. Love the pics of the skip so you can order what you need. Drop off both times were seamless. Driver always put the skip where I needed it. Pickup booked again very polite over the phone. Highly recommended.

Roberts skips from the start were brilliant, a very friendly knowledgable lady booked the skip I needed, I gave a date and time that suited us, it arrived exactly when it should have. We had the skip for 2 weeks but didn’t need it so 3 days later we asked for it to be collected and it was next day. We would highly recommend this company, very professional, great to deal with. Thankyou.

Absolute shambles. Simple instructions given, backed up with photos to evidence correct location for a simple drop. Couldn’t even get that right.

1 phone call from the driver was requested, and ignored. As a consequence, complaint from a neighbour.
In the words of Les Grossman “a nutless monkey could do a better job…”.

1st and last time used.

We don't ever write reviews but this company deserves It.
They were professional from start to finish and kept us informed the whole time. Pete and Sam came and removed the asbestos. They are a credit to the company, always courteous and very knowledgeable about their job. Which helped put us at ease. They also started and completed on time, which is this day and age seems like a novalty. We highly recommend Roberts.

From initial enquiry to completion of works, I received a 5 star service. Tim was so helpful and organized and a very clean & tidy demolition was carried out by the team. Will use again. Thank you very much

Tim and the team are great to work with and always provide a great service. We would highly recommend them.

Smooth and easy booking. The skip was dropped off and picked up exactly when I was informed it would be. Hassle free, friendly and helpful staff and I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Roberts Asbestos Removal for anyone in need of professional asbestos removal services. Their team was highly efficient, knowledgeable, and followed all safety protocols, ensuring the job was done thoroughly and with minimal disruption. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were very transparent about costs and timelines. If you are looking for reliable asbestos removal, Roberts is definitely the company to trust.

Really easy to organize and fast drop off and collection.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. They went above and beyond to resolve a situation with a very tight time frame.
I would not hesitate in recommending them .

From start to finish the customer service is top notch. Expert staff that are able to communicate in laymen's terms, about what is required, is an real asset.

When ever I call them I am instantly reassured that they are on the case and will help.

I used Roberts to provide a skip for my late mother's property clearance. They were able to deliver without me needing to be on site, which saved a lot of hassle as I live an hour away.

No fuss, good communications, and did exactly what they said. Skip was delivered on time to the right spot on the drive, and then taken away when I requested.

Asked for skip to be removed by 8.30 am and it was done.
