I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom from Stags Vs Hens to plan my friend's hen party and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Tom was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided invaluable advice and suggestions to make the planning process seamless. Toms attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect was greatly appreciated. The hen party was a huge success and I couldn't have done it without his support. I highly recommend Stags Vs Hens to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a stress-free experience when organizing an event.

Excellent hen do planned by Tom. Everything worked out perfectly timing etc. Apartments were in a great location. Tom was easy to get hold of and great communication. Would definitely use again.

Honestly from start to finish it was an amazing experience through stags vs hens, they put together an amazing package including an amazing hotel, it was all planned out smoothly, I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend for my best friend who is a bride to me, thank you so much to Tom who planned everything for us!
There were a couple of bumps in the road from my part with some girls dropping out and needing an activity changed but it was no issue even to amend the booking, I was a pain but Tom dealt with it all great!

I booked my friends Hen Party through Stag Vs Hens, and Tom was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish - so helpful, and friendly! Nothing was ever a problem, and it was also so cost effective. We couldn’t believe it. The hotel, and activities were fab, and so central. The staff at each venue for activities were great also. Everyone had a ball. I couldn’t recommend Tom enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Stag Vs Hens in the future, as it was total stress free, and payments from everyone were made so simple. Thank you Tom and staff for a very memorable weekend.

Tom was outstanding, any changes I had to make or issues I had, he helped me through the whole process down to the last details.

The hotel we were booked into was perfect for everyone, right in the centre! The itinerary was also fab with the activities we’d booked. He also recommended an Italian on the last night for us which could possibly be the best Italian I’ve ever eaten!

Would not hesitate to use this company again, potentially just for a good weekend away when I need it!

When we started planning my sisters hen party we weren’t sure where to begin, but we found Stags Vs Hens online and thought that we would check it out. The entire process from picking our location to picking the activities we’d like to do was so simple and we found it very budget-friendly, and Tom was fantastic at helping with any queries we had. Each hen was able to pay independently via a link and reference number which took away the stress of us having to manage any cash. There was a hiccup regarding rooms but this was resolved by Tom professionally and efficiently, and in the end the bride and the hens had a wonderful couple of nights away. We couldn’t thank Tom enough for all his help. Would highly recommend.

A great service and very responsive to questions and changes. All the activities were lots of fun and very well organised. Great for multiple activities with big groups of people.

Where to start, Tom is absolutely perfect! He plans the ENTIRE weekend for you. He thinks about locations, restaurants and clubs. He is very responsive. We had a full day out in Bristol with Bottomless Brunch and life drawing, both were absolutely fab! As the MOH it took so much pressure off me, which I was grateful for. Tom sorted all the payments with our own portal and I could access everything to see our upcoming event. Honestly this service is 10/10. I would recommend and use again! Thank you so much Tom!

We booked stags vs hens for a hen do and for the start Tom was amazing nothing was to much trouble for him. The hotel was beautiful and all activities was all booked for us we had he full weekend and we had an amazing weekend and had so much fun. Tom also recommend places to eat out and go and how far they were so we would have everything in walking distance. Our hotel was in a perfect location we would definitely recommend to everyone thank you Tom for the fantastic memories that we have made xxx

We contacted Stags vs Hens to help us arrange a hen party in Newcastle. From start to finish Tom could not have been any more helpful. He was on hand to answer any queries we had and tailor our needs wherever possible. It took a lot of stress out of trying to book a weekend in a city you don’t know! I contacted Tom (the boss) to help with planning my hen do and the customer service I received help and organization was 5* from start to beginning we booked in for the escape room at escape key newcastle this was our first place of the day and it was amazing the staff were very helpful and again 5* for these we then had a 2 course meal in prima the customer service and staff were absolutely helpful as some weren't keen on Italian but they helped us out we checked in our hotel at royal station at 3pm and the rooms were beautiful the staff were helpful and very welcoming talking to us our last activity was the bar crawl with one of Tom's staff she was called Catherine she was amazing and joined in the games and drinks our we went to 3 clubs our last one was flares and that just made up the day and night I enjoyed every minute of it I will be telling all my friends to use this company when they need a stag or hen party as this company and staff were amazing thank you soo much

We just booked our weekend through stag vs hens for my friends hen do. What an amazing time we had. Honestly can't fault any of it. Hotel was in perfect location and all the activities were only 2 or 3 minute waks from our hotel. Everything was just amazing and the bride had an absolute ball. 💯 % recommend using this company to book your hen/stag through!

I would highly recommend this company to useless organisers like me left with the horrendous task of having to sort a stag do.
Tom knew exactly what he was doing and made sure that a great time was sorted. Any discrepancies with the events he was on hand to sort and seemingly always available to respond to messages and or calls to add clarity to confusion.
The company know what they're doing and they do it well.

Arranging a hen weekend for 24 people is not an easy task!!! I spent weeks looking things up online waiting days for places to respond to queries while losing patience.
I then found the saviour that is Tom…. Some man for 1 man!

Tom was amazing help from the get go. He even arranged 2 activities that weren’t advertised on the site. Any questions I had were answered within a very short timeframe and nothing ever seemed to be a hassle.

I would highly recommend using this site if you want a hassle free event…
