Stamp Duty Rebate contacted me saying that I am entitled to receive a stamp duty rebate on the house I recently bought and did some repairs and additions to it. I was not expecting to get anything back but I authorized them to apply on my behalf. They estimated an amount that they said I should expect back from which they receive 30% as their fee. To my surprise and pleasure it was not long before they contacted me to say that their application was successful and I received a good amount which, if it was not for them I would never have received. Their system is very easy to follow and they guided me throughout the process. I strongly recommend them as they are honest and resourceful.
