stampfactory.co.uk Reviews

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered very late on Thursday evening before the bank holiday, and the Trodat Professional 5480 arrived early on Tuesday afternoon. The tools on the website, stampfactory.co.uk, allowed me to fine-tune the configuration or typesetting of my complicated stamp to a high degree of accuracy, and the stamp will now save me a huge amount of time certifying true copies of documents without having to hand write all of my contact and professional details (which organisations increasingly ask for now). Also, this Trodat is self-inking which saves a lot of time when you are creating a large batch of certified copies. Great brands sold, great pricing (yes, I hunted around), and fast delivery. Well done Marc Rietbrock and colleagues; great job!

I am delighted with my stamp. The price represented excellent value for money. Unlike some other suppliers, the stampfactory website made it very easy to specify my design. It arrived within 48 hours of ordering complete with a stamp pad. The quality is first class and I really could not ask for more. Thank you !!

Absolutely rubbish service. Took me a month and still didn't receive a stamp. Keep blame a post service. And finally I had to cancel this order , get refund back

very easy to navigate the website and make designs. Happy with my stamp. My stamp was for clay so it would have been better if it lifted a little higher but very happy

Same as all below I received almost a mock stamp less than half the size that I have ordered. They are in Germany not in UK and its impossible to communicate with them, and It seems like a scam as happened to many others as you can see on all reviews. Definitely stay away for them!!!!

Absolute waste of money, don't order if you want what you've paid for. This is not a UK based Company, they're German, and the customer service you receive is awful. I paid for a stamp, 50 mm x 20 mm, what they sent is half the size of that and they refuse to send the correct size or refund me. Their replies to my emails make no sense, they just expect me to accept what they've sent me, it's insane.

This company offers a great product, the website makes it easy to produce a great stamp with your own logo. The stamp arrived on time but got caught up in the Christmas Covid sorting office situation. It is a company based in Germany, so shipping is going to be subject to delays given the times we live in. But I love my stamp and ordered another, again website made it easy to tweek the original.

Ordered two stamps costing nearly £70 and never received them. They refused to replace or refund them. Very bad service.

I assumed a .co.uk address meant a UK company but only at final stage of order do you see that this is a German company. Not an issue as such but ‘next day despatch’ is misleading as then it seems to be carried on foot to UK taking 5 days. All felt very misleading but ultimately stamp did arrive and was as expected

Ordered a paid for a stamp Nov 11, 2020. Nothing arrived. Requested a refund and still waiting. Was told I didnt 'execute' the purchase. Their email said it would be refunded two weeks ago. Very very very poor customer service. Not amused and still out of pocket. Paid for shopping basket doesn't mean ordered apparently.

I would never order from this German company again (why is it called Stamp Factory.co.uk!?) after receiving bad customer relations service after receiving my order. I had mistakenly ordered a plate due to confusing the items in the website, which when arrived was totally useless without a holder. They offered no leeway or help in sorting out the problem.
Was an expensive £17 mistake. Now will have to find a real stamp from a UK supplier!
