It was a bit confusing for the new equipment but I would recommend it for the customer service and the exam itself. It was more helpful than I expected with the way they coached me through it.

Not happy with the quality of the…
Not happy with the quality of the product here. Price should be an indicator. However, most people seem satisfied as their volume would indicate.Used them last year and it was just ok. This time my eyes improved over the last year yet I cant see as good so eye exam must be wrong. I need progressive lenses and these just don't work. They are cheap plastic even though I upgraded the lenses. They constantly stay smeared and never become clean and clear. Glare is horrible. I was rushed into picking a second pair of frames that are metal and really cheap and ugly. They rattle. Neither pair perform as they should. I believe prescription is wrong. Buyers should look elsewhere. So sad....

Horrible service
Horrible service, didn't do the paperwork to the DMV that I asked about even before making my appointment, then lost my paperwork and said they couldn't send it because I didn't sign my part which I did on my paperwork I filled out, they emailed me paperwork they printed off and filled out, took over a week and every time I called, the response I got was it takes 24-48 hours for paperwork yeah it took a week and a day and still didn't do it correctly. I called to speak to a manager and they left me on hold for over 30 mins then transferred me to customer service somewhere else who said they could only take a message and it would take 24-48 hours, plus you don't see an eye doctor in person you see one on TV which this is not told to you when you call.

I was well received by all the staff…
I was well received by all the staff from the very beginning. The amount of frames to choose from was very impressive. Price wise they didn't have a lot of cheap frames especially sunglasses which were quite expensive. That is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. I did have a wait time but the lady gave me a discount because of it. The 2 pairs that I bought came out perfect for me with feel and prescription.
