Staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived it was no wait time for my scheduled appointment at all.. my new glasses where ready about 45 min after exam

15 minutes to grab an order of contacts

The first time I went here for exam and glasses fitting, the service was excellent and I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the service I received on my second visit. When I came to pick up my contacts on my second visit, the first employee I talked to as soon as I came in knew I was there just to pick up contacts, but directed me to sit in the waiting area, where I sat for 15 minutes. Finally, a different employee asked me what I was there for, and I said all I needed to do was pick up contacts; it took her all of 10 seconds to get them, imagine that. But then I went to get them from her at the side of a service counter, but she insisted I get them from her at the front of the service counter, which I thought was petty and pointless, but I didn't argue, as I knew I would simply write about it in a review later.

staff was rude

Liked most of the the staff at this store but this time it was a little different. She said but the doctor did not write the prescription for the color contacts, and the lady was pretty rude when I went to order them. She was knew, I did not recognize her and she said she will do me a favor and order them for me. I told her I could easily order them on line, but I have had no problems in the past so I like stopping by and ordering them from the store. She just was rude.

I was very happy with my beautiful…

I was very happy with my beautiful glasses and the excellent service I received at Stanton optical in Greer. The staff was very attentive and so patient with me while I tried on many, many different glass frames. They gave there opinions which I really appreciated. You can’t beat Stanton prices and the outstanding service. Thank you for making my experience so pleasurable.
