4 months later and I am still waiting on my payout/ refund after account being paused due to their transitioning.

Customer service is been shocking, if you write a negative review - they block your email address and block your ip from signing in.

Best advice- DO NOT BUY from this firm. I had waited 4 weeks for a payout before I wrote a negative review last time, they then threatened me with an email saying part of an NDA u cant write that. Well if you do what ur meant to do - no one will write a negative review !!
I had a funded account which was in 600 profit. They 'changed' their system or whatever they made up. All the existing traders lost their accounts and were forced to BUY a new account. They haven't paid anyone out in months. Just read all the reviews. Stay away!!!! All their 5* reviews are fake. Look at the people leaving the reviews, it's no coincidence that all the positive reviews are from people who have never left a review anywhere else apart from on here lol. Fake accounts. Fake reviews. Fake company.

Ho completato con successo la sfida presso StartPropTrader, rispettando tutte le condizioni richieste.
Quando è arrivato il momento del pagamento — circa 3900$ — hanno iniziato a prendere tempo con scuse ridicole.
Alla fine, si sono rifiutati di pagarmi e hanno anche bloccato il mio account senza alcuna motivazione valida.
Inoltre, si sono rifiutati persino di rimborsare il costo della challenge che avevo pagato.

Ecco la verità che pochi vi diranno:

StartPropTrader guadagna principalmente vendendo account, non pagando i trader profittevoli.

Pagano solo piccole somme (tra 200$ e 800$) per mantenere l'illusione di affidabilità.

Le recensioni positive superiori ai 3000$ sono altamente sospette e sembrano recensioni comprate.

Quando provate a dire la verità, cercano di censurare bloccando il vostro account e eliminando i vostri commenti.

👉 NON fidatevi di StartPropTrader.
👉 NON buttate via il vostro tempo e denaro.
👉 Spargete la voce per proteggere altri trader.

After my review, they deleted my account and banned me by IP. They didn't respond to emails or requests for withdrawal of money for more than a month, but they respond very quickly to negative reviews. The most dishonest company I've ever worked with.

Depressing experience with withdrawals issues , Check out the use instead of written high up.

Не связывайтесь с ними! Этр кидалы, которые не выплачивают ваши заработанные деньги под разными предлогами. А теперь еще и на письма не отвечают. также обратите внимание, что и дискорд у них давно не работает. Всевышний расставит все по своим местам!

Disabled trading on the account

Trading on the account has been disabled for 3 weeks now, support does not respond to requests.

I didn't violate any conditions, the account was active and there was a profit on it

This company took away 2 accounts from me #2131519 and #2131412 with the following wording:

"We hope you're doing well.
As we fully transition to the Real Trading Environment, all previous account types are being closed. This change ensures a more structured and sustainable trading experience for all traders.
To be eligible for a refund of the challenge fee, Step 1 or Step 2 accounts must either be in profit or have reached the funded stage. If you believe you can bring your account into profit by March 21, 2025, we can reactivate it upon request. After this date, all previous accounts will remain closed permanently.
We understand this transition may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out."
I did not violate any rules of trade or contract

comincio dal principio compro la prop il 7 novembre
passo 1 step nessun problema, comincio a fare trading faccio una solo operazion 1 lotto su 100k 200dollari scarsi, aspetto richiedo payout (ovviamente nessun pulsante o altro, devi scrivere a loro e sperare che ti sblocchino la richiesta sul sito)
e mi tardano una settimana pensa un po! aspetto e fortunatamente dopo una settimana ricevo i soldi.
Da qui un calvario mi abbassano leva a 1:3 probabilmente perche sono profittevole, senza nessuna comunicazione nessuna!
faccio Comunque trading e faccio profitto di 1200dollari 3 lotti e 2 lotti quindi margine bassissimo, ma mi abbassano ancora la leva 1:1 incredibile.
Aspetto per chiedere payout il, mille email ma niente totalmente ignorato! mi rimbalzano per settimane, fino a un giorno trovo sbloccato, corro a chiedere payout, risultato? nessun payout mi propongono solo un rimborso del conto, protesto ma niente o cosi o niente, risultato? rimborso emesso il 26 febbraio sul mio conto mai ricevuto e il resto che mi hanno promesso il 3 aprile lo vedo con il binocolo!!!
Perso tempo soldi e rabbia! l'onesta di queste persone sta a zero
Avviate Chargeback prima che sia tardi, io ho fatto cosi almeno cerco di recuperare perche questi si sono volatilizzati!

I'm slightly disappointed 'cause their platform didn't functioning well whenever i trade on my phone theo my place order didn't work so i'd tried to my laptop but the place order in mt5 is not available

ps: I tried my other live account in different firm on my both devices and it worked so probably and problem was here on this firm. btw the pair i trade was EURUSD' like they said

After I wrote the review.
They filed a complaint about my review.
I proved my review, and it was published!!!!

They also blocked my personal account on their website.

Don't work with this company, they won't pay you.
They will deceive you!!!

I traded my funded account for about 2 months and wanted to withdraw my profit (about $100 including splitting). These deceivers said “need a couple of days to check,” and then they completely stopped responding to my letters.

Don't be like me who fell for super low prices.

I purchased my account from Starter Prop Trader, and despite that, they have disabled my account without my consent. Their excuse? They are transitioning to a “Real Trading Environment” and phasing out old accounts—even though I paid for mine!

This is unacceptable. A company should honor the accounts they sold instead of forcing traders into a new system where they have to pay again just to continue. They are now offering me a “special discount” to buy into their new challenge instead of simply letting me trade the account I already paid for.

This feels like a bait-and-switch scam. They lure traders in, take their money, then change the rules and demand more payments. If you’re considering joining, stay away! This company does not respect its traders or their investments

Проходил первую фазу челленджа набрал 6% профита 24 января 2025 года сайт компании ушел на обновление, соответственно доступ к личному кабинету стал не возможен, равно как и к счету челленджа в торговом терминале. Техподдержка на письма не отвечает до сих пор, других способов связи нет.
Пробовал выйти на решение вопроса через дочернюю компанию Starterprop, там такая же история. Никто не отвечает ни на письма ни в телеграмме.
Моё мнение - проп совершил мошенничество.
Также ничего хорошего не жду и от STARTERPROP.
Отзыв пишу лишь с одной целью уберечь остальных от подобной ситуации.

I went through the first 2 stages and I really like everything so far. I will wait for the payment and then I will tell you more.

My account 53181 was deleted allegedly for inactivity, although I made trades every 30 days. They admitted their mistake and wrote that the account was restored, but it was restored only in the dashboard, I could not log into MetaTrader. As soon as my review on here was hidden, they immediately deleted my account from the dashboard again. They also banned me from Discord.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT PAYOUT PROFITS. THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO MONEY FOR PAYOUT AND DELAY THE PAYMENTS.

THEY THEMSELVES SAY THEY HAVE NO MONEY AND POSTPONE THE PAYOUTS

PLEASE DON'T BE NAIVE AND BUY SOMETHING HERE I ASK YOU TO SHARE THIS TOO I CAN PROVE EVERYTHING.

My payout date is dec 31 st, after the request they are reply change to 27 th January, I received a new email saying that my payout date has been extended and that I will let you know the date later. Now i am waiting here more than 35 days ,Their 14-day payout is a lie.
They kicked me out of the Discord community and deleted the question for asking about the payout.
After the post i got the mail from starterproptrader , they are manually breach the account due to negative reviews, there transparent payout page is fake, You won't see a negative comment on their Discord community. If they find something negative, they will delete it.not recommend,after the contact i got the another mail from starter proptrader
