I have now brought two cars from the Startin Group , on both occasions I was treated amazingly well, unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past…

All of the staff were kind and courteous and generally a warm and friendly environment.

The last car was brought for my daughter as it was her first car, I felt assured that it had been throughly checked over and was safe for a first time driver to build her confidence, the sales team spent a long time on the handover going through the control and some very useful driving tips.

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a car early this month & cannot recommend Nicole enough. She was polite and pleasant to deal with and was never pushy like most car sales people seem to be. Nicole was able to answer all my questions and anything Nicole did not know at the time she got back to me with the answer asap. I was well informed on how the process of my car was going. I felt totally relaxed with the whole experience. Nicole is a credit to Startin Vauxhall. I would recommend Nicole to all my family and friends

Recently took my Vauxhall Corsa in for a service and MOT. Excellent communication throughout the day regarding the repair work required, which was finished in a day. The car was also cleaned and taken back to me later that day. Excellent service all round. Highly recommend.

I took my car to Startins as I was experiencing issues with my Turbo on my Audi A3, Although they are not an Audi trained garage the team on the front desk were wonderful and so helpful, The work was covered by a warranty policy which the team made sure went thorugh smoothly. The workshop technicians did a brilliant job despite it not being the usual brand they work with and my car was back within a couple of days. Booking in was easy and a courtest car was made available for me to use keeping me mobile while my car was off road.

Had a great experience from Startin Honda and interaction from the team and a special mention to the head of business Christian Wilkinson & sales manager Marc Kitchener who personally attended everything to make sure my needs were met. Would highly recommend this site and would definitely come back for my next purchase!

My car failed MOT for which I visited KIA Startin who proposed remedial action and when I took back those issue to Car seller (Trade Centre Coventry) they did there own tests and confirmed no work is required and no parts required to be changed.
Not sure Who to trust and I am now with No car for more than 4 months and my small kids family are struggling badly. Me and My wife are going through major mental stress

Startin Vauxhall Redditch. Unfortunately from parking my car on the disabled bay less than 20ft from there front door they lost my blue badge? I didn't realise until I got into Stratford Upon Avon parked on a blue badge parking bay only to find out no blue badge? I phoned they agreed it was there when I left the keys , sat down waiting only to find out it was missing when I drove home. I phoned they said they would look for it. I drove back from Stratford Upon Avon to Redditch where they were looking for it. The service manager couldn't understand why I was angry about it and said I shouldn't be talking to him in that way? As most people know it takes ages getting a blue badge and you have to pay after reporting it stolen or lost but weeks getting a replacement. Eventually they found it but really bad experience and not good attitude from the service manager finally 2 months since my initial review it's taken since early December 2024 to get a feble reply. Startin Vauxhall took over a fantastic company from Nick Cresser Vauxhall, and seeing as the service has not only gone in reverse there speedy review replies have as well. The would never have been the case when Nick owned this. Vauxhall head office this really isn't the service I was expecting to get since coming back to you. Next year my mobility car gets renewed but at this point I don't think I will be back to Vauxhall

Have just had great service from the Startin Suzuki service department in Worcester. Despite buying a Suzuki elsewhere, they were incredibly helpful in trying to sort out a power steering issue. Despite a reluctant warranty company and scarcity of parts from Suzuki UK, Paul and Will did their absolute best and I am very grateful.

So pleased with my new Hyundai. Les was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole experience of exchanging my well loved Peugeot. There were a few hiccups but Les handled it well with the help of his lovely boss . Such kindness! Thank you . A very satisfied customer !

I was interested in a new Dacia Duster at the Worcester branch and asked if they could value a trade in.
Being a 4 hour round trip away i said i was going to view a model closer to me.
The salesman replied that once i had had my appointment elsewhere to call them back and discuss.
I did ask if he could give me the valuation but, 2 days on i am still being ignore.
Luckily i have taken the time to read the reviews so i think i will stay elsewhere.
Ironic theres a salesman that doesnt want to sell you a car.

Excellent service from start to finish!

We collected our new (nearly new) car yesterday having came across Startin on the KIA website.

The process from start to finish was simple and straight forward. Seb who dealt with us was courteous, and helpful which was really appreciated.

The car we collected was presented well, extremely clean and tidy. Our part exchange was agreed simply and we managed to drive away in the new car in about 1.5 hrs. No pushy sales or selling of add ons, which was appreciated. Seb even sorted out some insurance for us as we could not get in contact with our own broker!
We were really happy with the service provided to us and cant recommend Startin Heathcote Lane branch enough !

The salesperson Ross hill made us welcome and at ease no pressure explained what we were looking for and he was really helpful would definitely go back to buy another car when I need one the lady on the front desk was very polite and pleasant so professional the whole experience thanks again from mr/mrs wright

My 71 plate car went in for its second emergency recall appointment as the first appointment failed to load a software update to fix an Adblue issue.
Imagine my shock when being told that i needed to pay for an adblue fill up to enable this.
I informed the service department that the adblue had been filled by 10 litres at its last service at 7263 miles and as the mileage was now 9723 miles maybe the adblue usage was part of the issue and the reason for the recall.
My Concerns were laughed at and dismissed out of hand and i was told that unless i paid £34.43 for £12 of adblue the work would not be completed.
I reluctantly agreed for the adblue to be added as this was the second attempt to carry out this emergency recall.
On my return to pick the car up i asked a simple question has this software update changed in anyway the amount or timing of the additive being discharged into the vehicle The answer was we cant tell you we Don’t know.
I informed the service staff that for this and other service failings in the past 18months being the reason that four cars less than three years old had been reduced to two by sale and replaced with cars of other manufacturers.
The two left being removed from being serviced by Startins at Redditch and placed in the control of a reputable Service Center.
Unfortunately after over twenty years of purchasing cars from this site over 14 cars purchased i will not be purchasing anymore .
