To be clear, I have never visited the clinic, or any of their locations. I came across an ad for the clinic online, so I filled out the contact form online to get more information.

I filled in the form, but found it strange that it required so little information, and almost before I had put my phone down it started it ringing. I received a phone call from a Serbian phone number, marked by my phone provider as potential spam, which I answered. A man identified himself as calling from Swiss Medica regarding the form I had submitted. Now, my problem isn't that I get contacted, but when they call me at 1 am on a Saturday night, that rips away any confidence in what they are doing.

I told the caller that I wanted all my information deleted, and that I found it highly unacceptable to receive a phone call from them at this time. He said ok, but there was no other utterences. No apologies, no explanation, no responsibility, he just hung up.

No professionalism or decency. This made me feel as if it was a scam. If it isn't, they need to do something about their policies.

My experience at Swiss Medica, where my 8-year-old son received stem cell therapy for level 3 autism, was truly invaluable. Beyond the expected benefits, there were several unexpected aspects that made the long journey priceless.

One of the most significant takeaways was learning about medications that could help reduce my child's self-injurious behaviours—options that had never been mentioned by medical professionals back home. Additionally, meeting other parents from all over the world who were navigating life with children on the spectrum was a deeply enriching and moving experience. Expanding my community of support and exchanging insights with others on the same path proved to be an unexpected yet precious gift. I feel more empowered now than ever before after learning from other parents about new alternative treatments that have yielded fruit for them.

To any parent considering this journey, I strongly encourage you to be intentional about building connections and sharing knowledge. The support and wisdom gained from others can be just as valuable as the treatment itself.

Beyond these unexpected benefits, the level of professionalism at Swiss Medica was exceptional. From the cleaning and kitchen staff to the medical professionals overseeing our care, every interaction reflected a commitment to excellence. Another standout aspect of the clinic is its uniquely comprehensive approach to stem cell therapy. Unlike any other clinic I’ve come across, Swiss Medica employs four different methods to introduce stem cells and macrophages to the body and brain, ensuring a truly holistic approach to treatment. I was advised to wait about four to six weeks to see any results from the treatment. I am already convinced that I am seeing changes in my little one just one week after treatment, and I am very hopeful about the continued benefits we will receive as we carry out the at-home post treatment care plan and allow the time required to elapse as the stem cells do their work.

While there are definitely some areas for improvement at the clinic, I strongly believe that where it matters most, Swiss Medica has exceeded all of my great expectations.

The medical team and support staff were exceptional—caring, attentive, and always ready to assist with any need. The clinic itself is modern, well-equipped, and maintained to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients and families.

As for the treatment, I am beyond grateful. The therapy had an incredible impact on our child, bringing remarkable improvements in his functioning. We have high intolerance to histamine which basically did a huge regress in his development including bad mood daily, aggressiveness, even with the right treatment applied just after we got the results for the intolerance, it was very difficult to get him back on track. The progress we’ve seen is truly life-changing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results right after the first hours from the procedure.

We highly recommend Swiss Medica to anyone considering this type of treatment. The expertise, care, and dedication of the team make all the difference, always there to make sure that our child was safe and got all necessary treatment.

Beware of “Swiss” medica - A Disappointing Experience with Stem Cell Treatments

I recently had a very disappointing experience at “Swiss” medica “clinic or how is written “IM CLINIC” on the building , which I feel compelled to share in order to warn others.

I was drawn to this clinic because of their claims of offering advanced stem cell treatments that could potentially help with diabetes type 2. The marketing materials were enticing, promising miraculous results and a path to recovery that seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, it turned out that it was.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was unprofessional. The staff seemed poorly trained and more focused on upselling treatments than on genuinely understanding my medical history or needs. During my initial consultation, I felt rushed and that my concerns were not taken seriously.

After proceeding with the treatment, I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I did not experience any of the promised benefits, and in fact, my condition remained unchanged, if not worsened. When I reached out to the clinic for follow-up support, I found the communication to be lacking and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, I later learned that the clinic's practices may not adhere to established medical guidelines, raising concerns about the legitimacy of their treatments. It is disheartening to think that clinics like this prey on vulnerable patients seeking hope and healing.

I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at “Swiss” medica to do extensive research and consult with qualified medical professionals before making any decisions. There are many reputable clinics and practitioners out there that prioritize patient care and adhere to ethical standards.

In summary, my experience at “Swiss” medica was not only disappointing but also concerning from a safety and ethical standpoint. Please be cautious and informed before choosing this clinic for any stem cell treatments.

P.S. When there is a negative comment, a patient with a certain name was not treated by them, "does not exist", what I read in the previous comments... Another proof that the "clinic" does not choose means for extra money…

We've been there for a stem cell treatment for our daughter and are very satisfied with the treatment she got, the organozation around the treatments, the medical staff and the drivers. They all have been very nice to us and our daughter, they were very supportive and checking on us even after the treatment. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVEN RATE WITH 6 STARS!

We came to Swiss Medica to seek treatment for our 3 year old son with ASD.
I can honestly say I have never met friendlier people than the people in Serbia. The clinic itself is amazing and the staff are incredible.
Although it’s too early to tell if the stem cells have worked out experience with Swiss Medica was great. All the staff were friendly, professional and extremely compassionate.

A week has passed since we arrived in Belgrade for our children's stem cell treatment at SwissMdica. The entire experience has been seamless, from the warm airport reception to the exceptional hospitality at the clinic's accommodation. The staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay in Belgrade truly memorable.
The physicians at the clinic were very professional, explaining the treatment process in detail before we began. The level of care and attention given to our children during the infusion was outstanding. Dr. Lanna and her team were exceptional and Anastasia and Peter from the administration team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort as their priority. Anastasia even accompanied us to purchase a stroller, helping us navigate the city as first-time visitors.
While it's too early to assess the treatment's outcome, we anticipate it may take a few months to see results. We understand that stem cell treatment isn't a guaranteed solution for every case, but we've met families who have returned for second treatments due to positive outcomes.
We'll be spending a few more days here to complete the final procedures for our children. We will definitely come back and share the development in future.

Absolutely amazing service, everyone at the clinic were amazing , extremely professional and friendly to go with it . My daughter has received stem cell therapy for ASD , although it’s too early to see anything yet ( Will post an update ) If you have any doubts regarding Belgrade , rest assured not many places are as welcoming , They really looked after us and went above and beyond.

I simply can’t say which part of our experience was fantastic: the welcome day, the 1st day at the clinic, the treatment period, the accommodation.

We are very happy with the improvements that my 2y old son got after his first 3 day treatment. Eye contact, playing with other kids, full sleep during the night without waking up and crying, his calmness has been improved and much more.

We are very happy with the treatment our son has received for Autism at Swiss Medica. We have done two treatments so far and we are planning to go for a third treatment.
We saw Swiss Medica on facebook and then contacted them online. One of their advisors promptly responded to us and arranged an online appointment with a consultant to explain the procedure and how stem cell therapy works. They explained our stay and what we would be doing during the stay. We had many questions and all of them were answered. We thought we could give it a try as there was nothing we could lose.
They gave us an appointment very soon and we liked their approach with no long waiting lists.
We were picked up from the airport and dropped at the place where they had arranged our stay.
On our first day we were welcomed by a very nice and friendly doctor who did all the screening tests and took detailed medical history and examination. The doctor again explained the whole procedure of the treatment.
The next day he received intravenously and intramuscular stem cell therapy. He also received intranasal therapy in the form of nasal drops and inhalation.
He was also monitored during and after the procedure.
During our stay, there was a speech and language and child psychologist who also assessed and worked with him.
We were asked if we have any dietary requirements and every day breakfast, lunch and dinner orders were taken by a lovely lady. Food was served fresh and warm everyday.
Overall I can’t recommend their services enough. All their staff from the admin, their medical advisors, the kitchen staff to all the doctors and consultants were very friendly.

All the kitchen folks we interacted with were simply amazing and always striving to do their best.

Very disappointing! Overpaid treatment, real market, selling medicine and services like in the market! Very disappointing physiatrists, young doctors who have just finished their studies! The payment is as if selling drugs, as if it is not legitimate... I work in Poland, and in America, I have an account in the UAE, but there is no account in Serbia. The clinic is located in Serbia and has nothing to do with Switzerland.. The clinic is called IM CLINIC.. Very suspicious organization of the Russians

My name is Alex and I live in UK and went to Swiss Medica because I had urological problems. I had problems with weight gain, sleeping problems, concentration, low sex drive and mood swings. I have taken different kind of medication but it did not help, have also asked my Dr about stem cell therapy but was ignored. I have found Swiss Medica, at the beginning I was reluctant but made the initial enquiry and found that they are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs theyer help. I had many questions and they were all answered with patience. The treatment plan and expectations were explained.
