Excellent customer service, kept informed at ever step by knowledgeable, friendly staff. My item was delivered with care and attention by a friendly delivery man and the item itself was amazing. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service and communications. Delivered when they said it would. Very happy

Order processed efficiently and promptly and delivery when advised. Love my wee boy "The Farmers Boy" and he looks very at home in my garden. Thanks.

Viewed this statue on the website and it didnt disappoint. Very easy to order from this site, it was delivered and placed in the garden for us.

lovely piece of work arrived safely and on time, appreciated the phone call ref delivery.

Great company, great product, great service and great pricing! I couldn’t fault them and I’m very picky!

Brilliant service - i would highly recommend this business. I ordered a statue and only realised on arrival I’d clicked the wrong colour. They were amazing at swapping it over and arranging collection of the original one. Can’t thank them enough for ensuring I had the right beautiful bronze statue for my husband’s 19th wedding anniversary! Thank you!

A lovely garden statue, that looks great. E

I ordered my statue at a time when the world was furloughed & doing up their gardens. So as busy as they were I was kept informed at every step of the way & assured my lovely Buddha would be at mine ASAP & it arrived & I adore it! Thank you Steve for your phone calls & wonderful company my zen garden is finally complete 🤣

Lovely bench.. extremely well made and very heavy. Looks great outside of our property. Will be ordering more once some ground work is completed. Driver was very polite, friendly and helped to ensure it went exactly where we wanted it. As we have found with other companies not everyone gives this service, so a big THANK YOU for a job well done.

A great company to deal with and lovely products.

A discount was promised online which did not manifest in the bottom line. I rang the company and this was applied immediately. I was kept informed of progress and the delivery was made by a lovely guy without any problems.

I would thoroughly recommend this company to any prospective customers.

Thank you!!!

A high Quality and heavy statue it looks fantastic in the Garden.
Very well packed would highly recommend.

The sculptures were delivered much faster than expected and my sister is delighted with them.

Ordered the 4 seasons statues which were delivered in 7 days. The statues are exactly what we wanted and are beautifully made. They are going to look gorgeous in our garden. Thank you Statues & Sculptures Online from a very happy customer.

The statue arrived in good time and in excellent order. It was extremely well made and ideal for our garden and a very attractive addition. The detail of the winter maiden is very good and it is of a strong and robust construction. I am sure it will last donkey's years.

On the downside delivery did take forever and was a little problematic BUT the statue is very beautiful and Steve went out of his way to be helpful.
Given his efforts and the quality of the statues, I don’t understand why they don’t use a better shipping team.
I won’t hesitate to go back them though

Ordered a Japanese style stone bench, which, on arrival, was damaged at one corner. Steve dealt with my complaint in an understanding, friendly, professional and swift manner. Credit to Steve, who, delivered 5 star customer service, despite my initial, and understandable, disappointment upon delivery. Will certainly buy from Statues & Sculptures again. Wholly recommended.
