Avoid
Received a damaged patio table. They agreed to collect it and refund. Waited in for collection and didn't come. Eventually came and took away 3 parcels, only to return them to me 3 days later while I was out. Waited in another day for collection and a no show. Don't answer emails. I'm going to have to do a charge back on my credit card as its now been going on 2 weeks.

Speak as you find - their prices are almost too good to be true, which is often a worrying sign - however, my experience has been good. Delivery was no slower than expected over the Easter break, and the LED coping was exactly as advertised and arrived in good order/well-packed. Status's email info service was responsive and efficient too. All in all a good transaction.
Better than the reviews suggest
Despite some fairly ropey reviews, I ordered some paint and 3 working days later it arrvied. The price was better than their competiors and the communication was mostly good. Only downside was that I didn't recieve an email advising when the courier was to due to deliver. Not a disaster.
Overall though, more than happy and would use again.

Ordered some paint and have to admit I was a bit sceptical when I read the reviews. It did arrive however,excellently packed,maybe a bit later than I expected but that seems to have been down to the courier.So credit where credit’s due, the paint was far cheaper than other outlets so a good deal all round.

Quick Delivery
I was unsure whether to order from this site with the poor reviews. Very happy to have received my order within 3 working days. There was no communication with the delivery but it turned up quickly and the price I paid was very good. I thought I'd leave this review for anyone nervous about using this company, my experience was very good
Exceeded expectations given poor reviews
I placed an order on 11 January evening with some trepidation after seeing the 'poor' rating on this site. The temptation of remarkable prices and goods in stock was too much to resist. Carefully kept screen shots of all the ordering process and used PayPal as recommended.
Gobsmacked when goods arrived today Friday 13 Jan, all as ordered, well packed and undamaged. This was not my expectation and fortunate to be at home. 4 star rating given not 5 as a notification of despatch / delivery would have been helpful. Still, what can one expect for the cheap delivery charge for 3 very large items! Well pleased to be in the 1/3 of reviewers with a good experience and happy to share it.

I really hate to give a bad review, but the facts are.
Ordered £123 of products about 3 weeks ago.
Received £97 of it.
My Emails seem to be ignored and £26 of products is still not received.

Some bad reviews but no issues with my experience
First time customer and very happy. Ordered two big pots of paint, one unfortunately was damaged in transit but company replied and replaced product immediately. Customer service and products are good. Will be back. Thanks!

I would never use this company again.
I placed an order and my money was taken. There then followed no order being sent out and I had to chase them up myself. No order was reissued despite this being promised and after much wrangling and being on the phone for almost 30 mins, they then agreed a refund woukd be in my account very shortly. Time will tell if that happens.
However I would in future steer clear of them. Communication was none existent until I took action. Based on other reviews I doubt that it will be straightforward to get a refund. In my view, don't use them, save yourself the hassle of having to deal with this unprofessional company.
Not received my order
Not received my order. The telephone number is for a car leasing and parts company. Looks like I’ve been scammed. Don’t fall for it. Do not order from this company, they are fraudsters.

Unfortunately like most here I didn't read the reviews first.
If I had I definitely wouldn't have ordered from this company.
Everything negative written here is true.
When the prices seem to good to be true then that's because its too good to be true.
You don't get the items and you don't get any correspondence from the company.
If you do purchase from them then always pay via PayPal as you stand more chance of your money back.
I have to wait 2 weeks which is a pain but in general save ur money and the hassle
Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Orderd pots for the garden over a month and a half ago, received 3 of the 9 pots after about 3 weeks, one broken, and today have received the remaining again with a broken one in. Extremely slow cowboy company, avoid.

These shysters failed to deliver goods on no less than 8 times, EIGHT occasions they failed to meet their promised delivery date.
It was only after I invoked a card chargeback and demonstrated, to the card issuer, that StatusHomeCare had ignored my consumer rights that my money was returned in full.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, or risk hassle, inconvenience and their attempts at stealing your money without delivering goods.
Deplorables who deserve to go out of business - no doubt to start up again with a new name.

I can’t recommend this company, my order has not arrived. I have sent numerous emails and not one has been answered, and according to BT the telephone number they are listing is under another business name.
