I feel I was scammed and strongly discourage everyone from paying a lot of money for very little service and even less results. The sales pitch left me very excited and hopeful for building my home business into a moderate income to supplement my retirement. They promised a lot and delivered little. Communication and calls were infrequent and then nothing for a couple of months. But they did call me when they wanted to collect three months payments from me for zero calls and zero business from their 'work'. They threatened collections of I did not bring account to current (lapse was due to credit card replacement, but it was 3 months lapsed before they called about it). Then I was told I cannot cancel their services unless my account is caught up current. So since I cannot make the payment in one lump sum are they going to charge me another month and then another??? This is not a reputable company in my opinion and is run like a scam. Stay UN-listed for your $ sake.

What a scam, Jennifer is my account manager, she does not make the monthly status meetings. When she does she acts as though I work for her instead of Staylisted working for me. Today she is over two hours late for our meeting. Next month I will be able to cancel and plan to. In addition the website they built me is in fact hurting my SEO on Google and not bringing it up. Do Not waste you money on this scam.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them to handle my marketing and build my website, but they completely failed to deliver what was promised. Communication was a constant struggle — every time I called, it felt like they didn’t understand me, and I couldn’t get clear answers or updates.

I tried multiple times to cancel the service due to the lack of results and poor experience, but it was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. On top of that, some of the interactions were rude and unprofessional, which made the whole situation even worse.

Overall, this has been a waste of time, money, and energy. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

Honestly, it’s a shame they use their talented people to screw people over. They put all their money into hiring scam artists and it worked on me that’s for sure. After being very excited after signing up, the communication got worse month by month. To almost zero communication and zero results. They got me for a lot of money - PLEASE NEW BUSINESS OWNERS - stay far away from them. The put the artist in scam artists.

This company is a scam. They did absolutely nothing to improve my on line visibility . After 2 years I finally canceled the credit card they charged. I called and told them to cancel my account. They said they were going to still charge me 100.00 a month for website maintenance. So I closed my website. Now they have some collection agency saying I owe them money. Please don't waste your money with them.

The service was horrible. Overpromised and underdelivered big time!! Charged me to do nothing the only thing i got from them was a website. They were very hard to get in contact with. Did nothing to move my business forward. Please do not work with them they are horrible. that is all. Worked with them for 5 months and didnt get not 1 job or any interaction with their help. Waste of money

Angie Lopez from Stay Listed has been exceptional in her customer service. She’s consistently patient, incredibly nice, and remarkably thorough in her explanations. I was considering leaving the company, but Angie’s professionalism and dedication to addressing my concerns convinced me to stay. She’s a true asset to Stay Listed, and her helpfulness and positive attitude deserve high praise.

They convinced me I would get listed up front with Google and would get calls as a result of this listing. I after a 6 months contract received not one call from any potential customers. I am starting to think that it is Google that is the problem. They require a large number of reviews for my business which is small and one job may take a month you can not get 4 or 5 reviews in a month. Because you may only have 2 in one month

I recently started working with Staylisted, and I’m extremely impressed with the Information george has handed out to me assisted me with appealing my Google Profile and got it running.

Been with the company for approximately month and a half and the work that has been done has been great, my account manager george has helped me throughout the whole process.

They promised me for 200.00 amonth we would be on the first page of Google. After checking with people how they heard from us not one person ever said Google. I started to look into it myself. They said we would be on the first page. I could not find us anywhere!. I called them and told them that we were not seen on any page. They said they must have not had the right key words. Days later I checked again and our name was no where. This in my opinion is a scam to get your money! BBW!!!!!

I partnered with Staylisted to get my new website listed on Google, as well as to have them manage my site and SEO. From the very beginning, I was misled. An agent assured me that the service would be on a month-to-month basis and that I could cancel at any time. I proceeded with the contract under that understanding, making it clear that I would only sign up if there were no long-term commitment.

Over the course of four months, despite multiple opportunities to address issues, their communication was consistently poor. I brought up my concerns on three separate occasions and was repeatedly promised improvements, yet nothing changed.

When I finally decided to cancel, the situation took a turn for the worse. They avoided giving me a clear answer, and after continued persistence on my part, they informed me that the contract was actually for six months. I was then threatened with being sent to collections if I attempted to cancel early.

This experience has been deeply disappointing—Staylisted operates in an extremely deceptive manner, with the worst communication I have ever encountered.

This company sucks!!! Stay away!

Staylisted, is a wonderful company. Account managers are very helpful. Top notch sales team. I love it here

They are the wordy company, when you when you’re signing up with them, they’re really good really fast but once you sign with them, everything gets crazy they don’t do anything for you. They just want your money and to cancel. They put all the tricks they want and they keep charging you even if you don’t want the service I don’t recommend the state listed don’t sign with them.
