Why do I ever buy anything off the internet.
I’m a postal worker and walk ten miles a day.
I wear very expensive training shoes but still need arch support.
Can’t believe I got suckered into these.
What arrived, after a long wait were wafer thin bits of rubber with pathetic plastic moulded arches.
And they can’t even get the measurements right. Once I’d cut them to my size, according to the guidelines, they were 1/4 inch too small for my trainers.
Asked for a refund, but not holding my breath.
My advice Step Away from these charlatans and seek medical assistance.

I wanted the insoles for collapsing arches. The advert shows weight plates being placed on them...it's a lie. They collapse under hand weight so absolutely useless for any kind of support. Still looking for a way to return even though website states fussless returns. If you want to try them buy them from Amazon where you can return easily and they are under £5.

Useless insoles wafer thin, caused more discomfort in my feet wearing. No response from company to get any help on returning

3 weeks on and my order has not arrived. They provide a tracking number which shows the items crossing China...yes folks they are stocked in China, and appear now to be on the slow boat from China having take three weeks to leave...i think there are lots of alternatives out there that i should have gone for instead...

UPDATE: items arrived 6 days late and after the refund was processed. Company rep said to keep or throw items away- no need to send them back.

Excellent customer service but they need to work on their delivery service to maintain their reputation.

Hopefully items work as promised.

Items never arrived!!

I received a notification to say a refund has been issued but it will take 10 days to clear! Hope I do get the refund
