We are a UK based home cinema and automation company. We have been working with Stealth Agents now for almost a year using their team to follow up on marketing responses and booking appointments for our sales team. They are flexible and friendly and made the process of setting up a remote agent very easy. Would recommend talking to them about your businesses needs.

VOS started working with Stealth Agents in early 2022. I've been pleased with their professionalism, positive attitudes, flexibility, & ability to pivot when necessary. They are always responsive, helpful, & they have been an incredible asset in providing social media management & administrative support. I highly recommend them!

I worked with stealth agents from July 13 22 - Aug 31 22. At first I was extremely impressed with their service - I got set up with a zoom meeting within 24 hours to meet the VA that had been matched to my needs, and I had 3 stealth members working with me to get everything set up super smoothly. The VA I was matched with was incredible, a super fast learner and I was very happy with results. A friend then sent me a link from a review website, glassdoor.co.uk, where ex- stealth freelancers were sharing their daily wage. It was EXTREMELY low, and I confronted stealth about this, who in return got very shady and told me they weren’t able to share with me the wage that the VAs are paid. Based on the reviews I read, out of the $9 and hour I was paying Stealth, their VA would have been paid 90php of that. (Around $1.50). Since I sent Stealth a screenshot of the review on glass door, (on Aug 30th) it looks like they have added lots of positive reviews on there (from Sep 1st). Stealth also asked me, within a week of me starting to work with them, to post positive reviews for them on trust pilot, google and Facebook, some of which have been removed since I shared my feelings about how much the VA actually got paid from my $9 an hour investment, in return for free hours. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who actually wants to pay their VA a fair wage. I felt absolutely awful when I found out. Once I saw direct evidence and saw how shady the stealth managers were when dealing with my asking questions, I was totally put off of this company. I really hope Stealth start paying their VAs a much better wage.

Flexibility is one great resource when choosing a virtual assistant. My Stealth Agent associates has the flexibility to change projects, update past projects and when I ask, she offers good ideas, color schemes and authentically shares feedback. I appreciate my 15-month relationship with my team of excellent assistants.

After first connecting with them I needed 2 VA's for my business of which potential candidates for the position I was hiring for were arranged and presented to me, and then hired, with a less than 24 hour turnaround.

Since then, I've hired multiple team members using their services, and have had several of our clients happily use their services as well.

I have been very pleased with the service from the Virtual Assistants, to the team leader, to the original hiring director I have dealt with. Everyone is professional, pleasant, and supportive of helping me and my business. If you need a VA, Stealth Agents is the way to go.

I am satisfied with Stealth Agents. I use their virtual assistant services. Within 2 weeks they were able to find several hot leads who booked a consultation session with me. The agents are responsive, reliable. I recommend this agency.

Sadly I wish I could give a better review, but at this point I can’t unless my service turns around. I love working with our virtual assistant, Michelle. She is so sweet and kind and also independent. She works really hard. The downside is that she doesn’t have good internet in her country, so anytime there is rain or just any issue she can’t answer calls for us. Usually she is only available 2-3 days out of the 5 days each week.

That’s not her fault, I understand. What frustrates me more is that Grant, who is supposed to be our main point of contact, never responds to my messages. I will ask him questions or requesting billing information (such as will we be paying when she is not logged on due to internet issues?) but he just ignores me. The only time he has reached out was to ask me to write a review. The individual I worked with before Grant was great - she asked me how it was going and would update me on our VA’s status each day. She’d even join in on the training docs I sent. But she’s no longer with the company and who we are left with doesn’t communicate or respond.

So do I enjoy our virtual assistant? Yes. Is it a good service overall? Not the best. I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

I have been working with my team for almost a month and they are such FAST learners. My assistant does SO much for me and is ready to go every day and tackle every new task I give her. The team is there for support if there's something she needs help with and I am unavailable. I am so happy I found them . They are helping my business SO MUCH
