As a residential owner, Oliver worked as our project manager for a year long renovation which involved substantial reworking of the ground floor - multiple RSJ's and retanking of cellar - whilst we continued to live onsite. Oliver ran the builder tender process and took control of the selection process whilst always communicating with us. Oliver managed the whole project extremely effectively, keeping us on track, assisted in resolution of multiple issues with the builder calmly and with much common sense. He managed our expectations well and communicated effectively with other advisers. Would 100% recommend.

Oliver worked with us on a major rebuild of an historic house in Berkshire over a period of more than a year and provided us with the highest standard of professional advice and project management. It was a complex project with a mix of new build and refurbishment, and a tight budget for a very significant build. Oliver worked analytically and logically to break down the component elements in a way that was easy for us as the client to understand and follow. He liaised with the main contractor and sub-contractors to ensure the project was on track and on budget, and provided clear documentation for all negotiations on individual elements as and when they arose. If the need arose again we would definitely use Oliver on another project

We selected Oliver as our project manager for a complex residential renovation which involved an extension and a basement. Together with him we then ran the process to select the rest of the team, including the architect and builder. Oliver managed the tender, and the whole project, extremely effectively, keeping us on track and on budget. We then hired Oliver again for a second project we did, and he once again performed with the same professionalism and effectiveness. We look forward to working together on any future developments.
