We have been with Stellar for almost 15 months now, and are totally small fish in the world of bitcoin mining. Even so, Michael Cantù and his team Marco and Luis have done a good job responding to us and our concerns. They are fair and honest; we highly recommend!
I’ve been using Stellar Forge Mining for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. They run a professional operation and clearly understand the challenges of hosting large-scale mining equipment.
One thing I appreciate is their transparency. Yes, there are some additional fees for things like cryptocurrency payments or local taxes, but they’re upfront about these in the contract, so there were no surprises for me. Plus, they offer alternatives like wire transfers to avoid those fees, which I found helpful.
Their infrastructure is solid, and they’re clearly focused on sustainability and efficiency. Delays happen sometimes—it’s the nature of the industry—but they do work to resolve issues when they arise. The key is to communicate clearly and stay on top of things, and they’re good at keeping things professional.
For anyone serious about mining and willing to follow the terms laid out, Stellar Forge is a reliable choice. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a stable, trustworthy hosting partner.
I've gotta be honest—if you want to enjoy the bullrun and actually see a return on your investment, you should steer clear of this hosting company. Expect a 3-4 month wait to get your miners up and running, and don't even think about having any control over the process. They stick to their rigid procedures and communicate in a way that totally disregards the customer's needs.
The delays are ridiculously long, the process is a nightmare with zero flexibility, and it takes 3-4 weeks just to get a response to any ticket you create on their platform. Seriously, you'd be better off finding a smaller host and meeting them in person to ensure quality service. Anything would be better than dealing with Stellar Forge Mining.

Hi There, We do not currently have a customer with your name. However, we did have one customer with your initials. We took a review of your account and the only two items we see is a warranty send out to a Bitmain Repair Facility and that taking two months to get back from the facility which was promptly shelved and brought online upon return. The other item was requesting to use a specific email address, then an account was made with a different email that was not tied to your account, and tickets began being submitted under that account - which our techs wouldn't see, since it isn't tied to an active account. Again, we appreciate the feedback which will make our services better. However, we do have a 99.96% uptime historically, which is better than about 95% of current hosts surveyed. We have a few hundred units as a fleet and use different hosting providers. Stellar Forge has been far been the most communicative and accurate on install estimates. They do have some strict processes, however, getting online was our most important thing we needed. I've had some bad experiences other places. This has been a wonderful experience.

I was previously at another host and I had been offline for about 6 months. The other host kept moving my equipment and saying that data centers were going down. Since I switched to Stellar Forge Mining, I got installed quick and online fast. The team was great to me. I've been online for 3 weeks and zero downtime so far except for a fan replacement. So... great so far. A pretty night and day difference. As of now, I'd recommend and they've put my reservations at ease.

TO AVOID - sorry to say that but Stellar Forge should not be part of the crypto world and do not deserve their size. First of all their ticket support system seems very good but only when they want to answer you otherwise you will just wait days and weeks before answer and not have any transparency or information.
They do not provide any information about the calculation of the electricity invoice and if you ask why there is some discrepencies they just told you to pay otherwise they disconnect your miners. Super cool...
The customer service and even more the directors and founders Jacob Wagner and Michael Cantu are the most attracted profit and non human people I have seen. Do not expect them to help or solve any of your problem they will just avoid the discussion and tell you that there is process and take the contract as guarantee to protect themselves.
In sum, Stellar Forge Mining is very good to lock your money, push you to lock quickly the slots, make you wait months before connecting, hidding fees, worst customer consideration.

I'm not sure if this is a real person or not but I do want to reference a few items that are publicly available via the Help Desk so others can learn the information that is available to all customers and prospective customers. Thirdly, we would like to attest to the maturity and professionalism of our staff. We would also like to remind you, that in regards to our staff this post is defamatory in nature as it is untrue and contemplates character references that goes in counter to the good reputation we uphold. You mention that Stellar Forge Mining should not be this big - we are a bigger host for a reason. It means many have chosen to send things here. Our business is over 95% referral - which means we've grown through good word of mouth. Again, we do not have a customer with your name, however, we'd like to address the issue anyway. We would appreciate, if you are a troll, to please remove your review as it doesn't mirror any cases we've seen.
I sent one miner to them for hosting to test the waters, and after a few hiccups and miscommunications, my miner was hooked up and running 1 month after delivery. With Mining Syndicate it took around 6 months, and I'm still waiting 3 months past plug-in date for Compass Mining to come online. This is the best hosting service I've found yet. And reasonably priced too.
I got my machine ordered from another company and needed a place that could support my unit. Stellar was great and walked me through miner setup and check in with me from time to time. Overall great service.
