I bought some shoes I could not find anywhere else, got them delivered super quickly but unfortunately the size / color didn’t match what I wanted. Contacted customer service out side of the 15 days notice as I had some personal issue and they agree to refund me while being super understandable. Thanks James and team SteppedIn, will defo buy from the shop again !

Trainers arrived early, ordered another pair, exactly the same experience, pictures show trainers exactly as they are not catfish pictures.
