The Team Sterka programme was transformational. The practical tools and techniques I learned, in particular, have made a massive difference in my day-to-day work. We recently took part in Team Sterka’s Client Skills Training Programme and were thoroughly impressed. The sessions were engaging, practical and tailored to the real challenges our team faces. Trenton created a supportive and high-energy environment that encouraged open discussion and reflection. We've come away with greater confidence, sharper communication skills and a more unified approach to client relationships. Highly recommended for any team serious about levelling up their client service game.
Relevant and easy to apply learning
I learnt a lot and the consideration of real-life examples made it easy to apply my learning in my work environment. The sessions are interactive, with small group work, which enabled me to learn from peers.

I really enjoyed the Sterka training and found it fun, satisfying, useful and meaningful. I appreciated the training itself and what I learned, the nudges to think about and practice the training after / between sessions as well as the opportunity to spend more time with my colleagues in this way. I haven't given it 5 stars because I struggled to find the time to implement and practice the training in between sessions but I'm not sure what Trenton could've done about this and perhaps I need to own the responsibility of making time for it. I still gained lots and plan to go through all the modules and make sure that I'm putting the content into practice - of course I'll need to make time to do this! :D
Thought-provoking, practical training
Attending Team Sterka training was a great experience.
Every session was engaging, structured, and packed with valuable techniques that I could use every day at work.
Trenton (the course leader) was faultless in his delivery of key information. He tailored the training to best suit our situations, and encouraged all of us to take part in equal measure with fun exercises and role play scenarios.
I recommend this course to anyone looking to boost their confidence, enhance their communication skills, and become a more effective stakeholder manager.

At AMBITIOUS, we enrolled our entire client service team on the Team Sterka programme. The course had a hugely positive impact on our skills and confidence. Based on tried and tested models and a lifetime of experience across client service, Trenton delivers the course, packed with content in a hugely engaging way. After each session, we all felt energised and that we had a learned a lot. I would recommend this course (and Team Sterka more generally) to any organisation looking to bolster client service skills.
Team Sterka is a cut above
Trenton and Team Sterka far surpassed my expectations, and my experiences with "similar" professional development courses. The skills and methods provided were useful, even beyond the specific scenarios laid out, and I've found myself thinking about how I present (and present myself) in all situations, personal and professional.
In addition to the solid course material, Trenton really went above and beyond to learn about and understand our whole team, and made sure that even the most seasoned among us were able to see how small shifts could have big positive impacts.
