Tap was dripping
Tap was dripping. Cleaned the vale but still dripped. Contacted Stirling and even though the tap was out of warranty by a few weeks they sent me new parts FOC

Fantastic Customer Service
Had an issue with the handles on my three years old filter tap. I just wanted advice on fixing the issue as there were no instructions available on line. Spoke with Jasmine who spoke to one of the technical people. Within five minutes the problem was identified and new handles despatched. Wow !! Why can't all customer service be to this level. Thank you

Needed a replacement spout for my 4 yr old clearwater galaxy kitchen tap. Heidi found my order by my post code and within minutes informed a new one was on it’s way. Excellent customer service and lovely friendly staff. Will certainly order more products.

Replacement Lever Tap Handles
Having purchased kitchen tap from a UK supplier some time ago, replacement of hot lever tap handle was needed. Original supplier was not able to assist. Living in New Zealand no supplier was available. Searching web located Sterling Sinks & Taps who were extremely accommodating and prompt with my request and had no hesitation with offering me a replacement product. The company was diligent with all their communication and packaged the parcel which arrived safely in New Zealand today.
I can only highly recommend this company for their courtesy, promptness and helpful response.
