Excellent customer service from the team in Montrose; sadly this was not seen at the Aberdeen store hence the drive to Montrose to get what we wanted.

A nice showroom with helpful staff.
A nice showroom without staff pestering but they are available when asked. The range of furniture was quite wide enough for us not to be overwhelmed by choice. Once we had decided upon the make and style the staff came into their own and helped us make final decisions on colour and covering style.

What an amazing store to come across. Wow
My husband and came across this wonderful showroom of exquisite furniture and very friendly staff. We both lived in Spain for 8 years and have to admit i haven't seen such beautiful well made furniture. The prices are very fair and can see that they are beautifully made. You pay a little more than some other branches. However, the others are only worth what they pay! whereas at Sterling Homes you get superior workmanship.
We were escorted around by a lovely lady called Christine who answered questions about foam seating and certainly the ones we sat on were much more comfortable than what we had at present. If your looking for something very unusual then give Sterling Home a visit you won't be disappointed.
We are looking forward to visiting again soon, especially with such a great sale.

Store is nice and tidy
Store is nice and tidy. Staff were present but not pushy. Christine came over to us as we were looking at dining chairs and was pleasant and helpful. We decided to purchase and process was quick and easy.

Experience Update, As Issues have arisen with our order due to incorrect information being given by Kevin in the sales team, regarding timescales and place of production.
Adviced Delivery would be around 23 October, now arriving beginning December, as not in warehouse until end of November.
Commented on happy to pay more for a Sofa made in the UK to Kevin the sales rep, not to be corrected. But now advised made in Taiwan by Mark Montrose Manager.
I spoke with Mark on the 8 October with my concerns and not willing to have the sofa due to not being made in the UK and also timescale missed, he promised to ring me back. No call back as of today.
I rang and spoke with Kevin who tells me Mark is on holiday.
Kevin can cancel the order and apologised for the incorrect information given by him, but I will loose my deposit of £560, due there error not mine ????
Kevin arranged for Neil Area Manager to ring me by the end of the day Friday, 17 October still no call.
Had I been correctly advised about where the sofa was being produced, I would have not purchased it, the slogan on the sofa reads “Great British Design”, I appreciate does not say made in UK but Kevin should have corrected me when I commented about having a sofa made in the UK.
I await to hear of Neil.
I have spoken with Neil and now customer services who actually sorted this out and processed my full deposit refund without question of £560.
What started out as the perfect sale turned out to be a very stressful time, totally unneeded by Sterling Home’s.
As a note: I spoke with my credit card company who advised I was fully covered by them for my deposit refund, but Sterling Homes did the right thing in the end by refunding me directly.

We visited the store on Saturday to look for a new sofa and was greeted by Kevin who kindly offered any assistance needed.
No Pushy Sales Banter just letting us know he was there to help, Perfect.
The selection of sofas on display is amazing and the quality superb, we eventually found the perfect sofa. Kevin answered all our questions before we placed an order.
While the paperwork was being completed we were kindly offered coffee, which again was just great.
The whole experience was second to none, the sales team have the perfect balance of Business and Human interaction with customers, which shows they care and enjoy their work,
We look forward to receiving our new sofa and we will be back in the near future.
