August 2025: Our small jewellery business no longer collects reviews on Trustpilot due to their recent price increase (the service would cost us over £8,000 per annum inc VAT). Over time, this decision may skew our TP reviews towards the negative - generally most people leaving unprompted reviews here are unhappy/competitors/spam. Please be assured we have many happy customers, and you can read unbiased reviews directly on our website, where we have paired with another legitimate review collator for a reasonable fee.

They are so helpful and genuine!
They are so helpful!! Genuine customer service that makes the experience so enjoyable!
I was worried where my locket was but they checked and wrote to me as though chatting with an old friend not boxed pleasantries...you felt like you mattered!
The locket is just gorgeous and was packaged as though it was a treasure! Which it is!
Thank you so much, what a fabulous company ..dont ever change!

Accommodating service and beautiful products
I contacted Sterling & Wilde prior to placing my order to ask for an extended returns window as I was giving a necklace as a gift while on holiday. They were super accommodating and agreed to extend the returns window. After I placed the order using standard delivery, the necklace arrived within two days and was beautifully gift wrapped. My partner is thrilled with the necklace so no need for a refund after all! Could not fault the service nor the product, thank you!

The item was delivered quickly. The service from ordering to receiving was perfect, I have previously ordered the same item and was satisfied both times. High quality medical dog tag, exactly as shown and described on the website.
