Not delivered on the day booked.

Expecting skip to be delivered on Thursday prior to our arrival from London. Skip didn't arrive on Thursday or indeed Friday. We were hoping to clear our deceased parents' house bur were told on Friday that it wouldn't arrive until Monday. Very poor service re. delivery. Refund was sorted quickly but we would have rather had the skip delivered on time!

Emailed day before skip due to say didn’t have one spare in my area.

System happy to book and charge me though the week before.

Quick and efficient service, pleasant chap dropping off the skip, pleasant people when contacting them on the phone. Reasonably priced, I'd be happy to use them again.

Took payment for skip then refunded payment!🤔

Very easy to book. Skip delivered and picked up on time. No problems at all

Booked a skip for 1 day for a clear out of a business premises. Payment was taken and the order confirmed. Later got an email to say that the skip was cancelled as 'there were none in the area'. Had a look at the other reviews to see that this was actually a pretty common occurrence. Then received another email to say that a refund would be issued with no indication of how long this would take. Upon further research it seems this can usually take quite a while. I emailed them back to request a date and time due to the initial payment being made via a business account and the refund needing to be processed by our finance department - this seemed to hurry them a long and we received the refund within a few days. Can't comment on their service as it was cancelled with no notice but an extra star is given due to the fairly fast refund - something that I imagine was only extended to us due to the fact we're a business.

Skip was delivered on time, however collecting it was a challenge for them. It took them 5 weeks, repeated calls from ourselves and at least 4 promises of 'it will be collected tomorrow' before it was finally taken away.
Sorry but wont be using them again.

Easy to order online.Delivery driver was great as he placed the skip as required.

The collection driver cleverly negotiated an unexpected parked car to complete the collection.

Accepted the order online and then cancelled the order early Monday afternoon leaving me just a few hours to find a skip for the next day

A very very poor outfit, I ordered a skip for two days via there website it turned up Monday and by Tuesday afternoon it was full.
I called them early Tuesday for it to be picked up and I stressed it needed to be picked up by Thursday evening as we had British Gas installing scaffolding to the garage, the skip was on the driveway in front of the garage doors, I told them it needed to go they told me it would be moved Wednesday it wasn't so I rang there number got through to a virtual speaking computer, it stated they couldn't find my post code and put me through to there office it took 20 minutes for someone to answer, when they did they said wrong department and then put me through to another number which took 15 minutes, they said we will try to get it Thursday I told them it had to be moved by Thursday as the scaffolding needed to be installed.
Thursday afternoon came no skip lorry, again I went through 3 offices another 40 minutes when I got through eventually they cut me off and then I couldn't get through.
British Gas turned up not happy as they couldn't erect scaffolding, They turned up Friday morning again to erect it still no removal
Rang up again 2 times Friday again ages to get through the girl said maybe the weekend, I told her I only hired the skip for 2 days get it moved today they finally turned up at 1400 hrs the gas guys seething.
Do not at all costs use these people, I looked at the reviews today Friday wished I would have looked before the reviews like mine are scathing, you have been warned!

Immediately after booking online, I received confirmation of the booking and follow up communication was good throughout. The skip arrived and was removed when requested, so no untoward waiting to to get full use of the drive back.
The driver’s was very careful and respectful of my property when placing/ collecting the skip.

The skip booking process was straightforward. Price quoted was reasonable compared to others. Skip delivered and collected in time. All in all good experience.

Can't really fault the service from these guys. Ordered the skip for two days and the price was competitive.

No issues with delivery and it was collected five days later (weekend included) which gave us that little bit extra time for to remove the bits that we missed.

If we weren't relocating I would definitely use them again 😀

The service was easy to book on line,
although making an amendment was not so straightforward and required a phone call.
Customer service on the phone was very
good and dealt with the amendment quickly.
