The product did not arrive on time
The product did not arrive on time. I called multiple times to confirm it would be delivered by Thursday and was told there was a high degree of confidence it would arrive that day. As an additional precaution, I was offered overnight expedited shipping, which I paid for to have it delivered by Friday morning.
It did not arrive Friday morning, and it was also not delivered on Monday. The package is now out for delivery today. The entire purpose of paying for expedited shipping was to have it by Thursday of last week, so this has been very disappointing.
