Ben Fixed It!
I just want to take a moment to recognize Ben from Sticker Giant.
This label issue was honestly more complex than it needed to be, especially for someone like me who creates products but doesn’t design labels or work with technical print files. At one point, it felt overwhelming and confusing, like I was a small business owner trying to figure out something way outside my lane.
But Ben really took the time to help. He didn’t rush the process or give surface-level answers. He explained things clearly, followed through, and even looped in his team when needed to make sure everything was actually resolved the right way.
What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared about fixing the issue, not just closing the ticket. That kind of support is rare, and it made a huge difference for me.
In the end, the labels were corrected and everything came out how it should have from the start. I’m really grateful for his patience, communication, and effort.

We were really happy with the quality!
We were really happy with the quality of stickers as well as the quickness that the shipment was sent in! We had a huge order of 2000 stickers and were afraid we wouldn't get them in time but we did!

First time customer switching from…
First time customer switching from another company for our work swag needs. Ordered 4 diecut stickers. They were taking longer than expected so I messaged letting them know I had a receiving deadline to make it for use at a show. Not only did they provide a detailed update less than an hour later, they offered to expedite shipping at no cost to get them to me in time.
Very cool, very appreciated. Stickers are great quality and the split backs are a nice bonus.
