I have been a customer for many years. My most recent order was never received but they billed me immediately. It's now been 3 weeks. I can't get in touch with anybody because all the numbers are disconnected. Emails go unanswered as well. I think they went out of business and are relying on past customers to make one more order, take their money, but never deliver. What a shame, what a scam.

I ordered stiffdays and did not receive the product. One call to the company I left a message and did not get a response. A second call was met with loud music and a hang up. I had received a message from USPS that a label was created but the item was never received. Several emails were also sent. I finally got a text message saying it was going to be sent out but again never was. The charge to my bank was from a company supposedly selling car detailing materials. I am disputing the charge with the credit card. It use to be a great product.

This product once set the standard—I trusted it for over a decade because it actually worked. Now it’s nothing but a hollow shell of what it used to be. The formula is watered down to the point of uselessness, the results are zero, and the only thing that keeps climbing is the price. What was once superior has been reduced to an overpriced scam that delivers absolutely nothing.

Invoice #108099. Ordered July 13, 2025. emailed 8x, on August 7 I got email saying it would ship that day or next...NEVER SHIPPED! . No product shipped to me as of August 16, 2025. called multiple times....phone is disconnected. SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Way too long for the product to ship even when paying for expedited shipping. Communication is also beyond subpar. Product works great but with the shipping issues its often not even worth it. I am still waiting on a 2 week ago Order No. 108023 to ship. At least add some extra pills for the inconvenience because I paid for speedy shipping.

Price is too high. It was high previously but somewhat competitive but now the price is ridiculous.

Stiff Days has gone WAY OVERBOARD this time with its 33.3% PRICE INCREASE !!! And with absolutely NO NOTICE !!! I've been a faithful user of the Stiff Days product for 17 YEARS now, and the shipping time and customer service has ALWAYS BEEN HORRIBLE, but at least the product was highly effective, but NOT ANYMORE (unfortunately). According to several recent reviews, and my own experience, it now has MINIMAL OR NO EFFECTIVENESS! And if that isn't bad enough, this company has recently LOST ANY INTEGRITY IT HAD LEFT by jacking up its prices through the roof and into outer space!!! With the increasing costs of all necessities over the past few years, average people have been struggling to pay their regular bills, and apparently, the "brilliant minds" at the Stiff Days company believed this was a great time for a MAJOR PRICE INCREASE, thereby making its product UNAFFORDABLE TO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS !!! ALL of the issues noted above are BAD FOR BUSINESS, and BAD FOR THE MEN WHO RELIED UPON THIS PRODUCT !!! With its ABSURD policies, this company is obviously affecting the sexual relationships of MANY MEN, and NOT in a good way! Apparently, the Stiff Days company doesn't see its business as ALSO a mission to help men, as it SHOULD do. NO, APPARENTLY IT ONLY SEES THE DOLLAR SIGNS.....$$$$$ !!! Until this company COMES TO ITS SENSES and lowers its prices down to previous levels, and restores the effectiveness of its product, and improves its shipping time and customer service, I WILL NOT BUY ONE MORE BOTTLE of its product, and I encourage others to join me in BOYCOTTING this company, as IT NO LONGER DESERVES OUR BUSINESS !!! (And Stiff Days, please spare us any talk about tariffs as your excuse for the MONUMENTAL price increase.....we don't want to hear it!)

Buyer Beware: This Is No Longer a Quality Product or Trustworthy Brand

It’s unfortunate, but the truth must be told: the owner of Stiffdays has clearly abandoned any commitment to quality or customer service. What was once marketed as a premium product has now been reduced to nothing more than a cheap gimmick—with a staggering 100% price increase in just the last 120 days.

The product I received in October 2024 was of shockingly poor quality—completely unacceptable by any standard. Even more concerning is the company’s complete lack of accountability. They do not stand behind their product, and customer service is practically nonexistent.

Enough is enough. It’s time for consumers to push back against this money-hungry owner and demand integrity. Don’t be fooled. Don’t be silent. Speak up and protect your hard-earned money.

This is a terrible business to do business with. If you're lucky, you'll get your order in two months or longer. They will lie to you about shipping dates but they don't hesitate to take your money. Search for another place to take your business.

The product is nowhere near what it was in the past. Doesn’t even work anymore. They raise the price and made the product worse. This is straight garbage now. Sad, because they have been a staple for years.

I've been a customer for a about 10 years. I've dealt with the occasional price increase, but a $100 dollar increase (100 count bottle) from my last order to this one? That's a 33% increase with no notice (as I said, a regular customer who relies on this like medicine). Whoa. It's cheaper now to order from one of the mainstream competitors you see all over the Internet. They're also regulated, so safer. You already changed the formula recently. You're (former) regular customers all know this. You went too far this time Stiff Days. Bad business move.

The product is very good. In this occasion I place and order on 12/4/2024 and was sent a message from the tracking number on 12/4/24. The post office still waiting on the package tried to contact customer service and no answer. It’s a good product.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but my recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a bottle of vitamins, which arrived sealed but empty. When I contacted customer service, they quickly responded and sent a replacement. However, they did not provide any tracking information and did not confirm with me before shipping the replacement since I had already went out of town.

As I mentioned in my initial communication to them, I am out of town until late July and will not be able to receive any packages. Despite explaining this, the company ignored my request for a refund and insisted on shipping the replacement immediately. They responded to my concerns with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, at one point telling me to "stop crying,” which is insane when you’ve paid over $300 for something.

In subsequent communications, they confirmed that a refund would not be issued and expected me to wait a month for the replacement(because that’s when I returned). This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. They offered to send a smaller bottle to my current location, but this was not feasible as I am moving around a lot.

Overall, the customer service has been unsatisfactory, and the company's unwillingness to issue a refund is disappointing. I feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This experience has made me reconsider ever doing business with them again, which they clearly told me they didn’t care about either. I’m not going to stop filing these complaints until a refund issued and if not then I’ll definitely be filing a chargeback. Ridiculous.

I stopped being a customer a few years ago, due to shipping delays and nobody answering the phones. Recently I took a leap of faith and ordered again. I order on 4/23/24 and I just got it today 4/27/24, it only took 4 days to receive my pills, and the updates about my product were almost daily. I just took half a pill to test the product and an hour later I feel the effects, the product works!. Thanks STIFF DAYS, keep it up, you got a customer back.

I recently ordered a bottle of Stiffdays pills, hoping for an effective solution for my needs. However, upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to find that the bottle was outdated. To make matters worse, when I called the number on the bottle to address the issue, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service.

I spoke with a person named Sam, who not only refused to replace the outdated bottle but also dismissed my concerns by claiming that the pills were still good for another six months past the expiration date. To my surprise, he even resorted to using offensive language during our conversation. I later discovered that Sam was working from his home, which raises doubts about the legitimacy of this company's operations.

Given the subpar product quality and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their representative, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. I eventually obtained a refund. In my experience, Royal Honey proved to be a more affordable and effective alternative.

I do not recommend Stiffdays pills due to their outdated product, unhelpful customer service, and overall unpleasant experience. buy royal honey
