Excellent company to deal with.

I was looking for new stair rails that were better quality than the local DIY store and found Stiley. My first impression was "Wow". I knew that the matt black was what I was after but I wanted rose gold end pieces. From the first contact with my enquiry through to delivery and follow-up the communication was first class and I was delighted when Richard obliged with the rose gold end pieces. Delivery was fast and extremely well packed, even came with instructions for storage before installation.
I've received so many compliments from visitors. No hesitation in recommending. A high end item, extremely good price and a standard of service I thought had died out years ago.

Bought the Brass stair Banisters from this company, from start to finish the customer service was probably the best I've ever experienced with any company, from questions answered via emails in a speedy manner to being sent whatsapp messages to make things even faster to communicate, I had an issue with an end cap or 2 (manufacturing error) but this was sorted with replacements being sent on next day delivery.
I would like to both Thank, and congratulate Richard Brown for his superb service during my purchase.

Well first of all I’d like to say that this company is certainly customer oriented!
Initially they sold me exactly what I wanted, which was a handlrail and extra fittings, which several other companies declined to do. The handrail, yes, but the extra fittings some other companies were incapable of selling.
Then, when my shipment got lost, we’ll not exactly lost, APL decided not to deliver it, Stiley went way beyond what I expected. We were in contact Saturday and Sunday, which in itself is exceptional.
I am still in contact with supplier about buying more kit, I only wish I had more work to give them.
In short, this company is brilliant to work with, and has a brilliant product, what’s not to like?

I ordered this on Friday teatime and it arrived on Monday morning the following week great delivery on time I haven't had a chance to put the hand rail up yet but I have checked it and it looks great .I'm really pleased thankyou
