Online ordering service is simple, you can check the status online to see where/what your order is. Delivery is prompt and the order extremely well wrapped. The craftsmanship is excellent. I am extremely happy with all four furniture items I have purchased from Still and Bloom!

Amazing products and amazing customer service!!! I’ve ordered the splay coffee table in antique and also a console table, I love them so much!

Ordered the slope console table in natural, 110cm and couldn’t be happier. It is perfect for the space I needed it for, and the natural colour blends effortlessly with the rest of my furniture. The reclaimed wood gives it a beautiful rustic charm and makes the piece feel unique, with lovely natural variations in the grain.

The build quality is outstanding – it feels solid, sturdy, and really well-crafted. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it. It’s exactly what I was looking for. A fantastic piece of furniture that I know will last for years.

And lastly, communication from start to finish (including delivery) was amazing.

My beautifully crafted Andersson Table arrived to timescales, very well packaged and delivered with care. It has pride of place in my new home and is everything that I wanted it to be....I love all its knots, nicks and colour variations. Thank you Still&Bloom.

Knot on outside edge of table and bleached look to natural finish not what we had expected.

Whilst we understand the charm of the Still & Bloom products is their rustic appeal, we did not expect to see a large open knot on the edge of the coffee table - it is really distracting and makes the piece look unbalanced. Yes we absolutely understood the table would be made from reclaimed wood, which would be uneven in places with dents and knots etc - but this is a hole on the edge of the table. We note that none of the marketing on the Still & Bloom website shows any products which a gaping hole on the edge. The colour is also much lighter than we expected - we requested the natural finish which we thought would have a warmer tone, however the table we received is light and bleached in some places. Overall we are disappointed.

We saw this bench seat while we were on holiday. It was just what we wanted. I saw the metal badge so knew where to order it from-lucky for us.
The service from beginning to our receipt of the bench went very well with all the usual updates. Thank you.

Firstly I want to say that I give 5 stars for this companies customer service. They have been exceptional with responding to my queries, very helpful and friendly, lovely staff and processed my refund within 24 hours.
The 3 stars is for the item received sadly. I have been considering a coffee table from here for months and couldn’t wait till finances allowed me to buy it. I was excited for 2 weeks waiting for delivery with must I add, regular updates on the building of my table were fab. However delivery day came and I felt disappointed. The photos on the website of their natural range and the photos I got inspo from on theirs and others instagrams were not what I received. I understand the difference in natural wood shades can vary, but in my opinion the company should try to match their advertisements as close as possible for their customers knowing this will be the expectation of what arrives. I had even messaged them before submitting an order to clarify the order I was making was in fact the right colour based off the photos I sent. I ordered the natural splay coffee table, beautifully built but just not the colour I expected at all. The colours on their photos and might I add what others have received was a lovely warm looking light brown coloured wood. I received very beach oak, yellow coloured wood which matched nothing I had to match it to in my living room. For the money, I really would expect it to look like to photos but I’m sorry it really didn’t and I more than anyone am disheartened by it. Overall thank you for the lovely customer service. But my advice would be to make it more clear on purchase pages or offer people to select a ‘lighter’ or ‘darker’ natural option to avoid expectations not being met.

Everything about this company is great! I have a tv unit and a coffee table from them and I absolutely love them! Great quality and value for money and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Will definitely order again!

We previously bought The Barn coffee table which is fabulous and then our most recent order was for 2 French side tables to match the coffee table. Again these are great and the set is now complete. I wanted a splay table but slightly different measurements, this was no problem. A beautiful piece with perfect ‘knots’. The limed oak works perfectly with my pale sofas. Really pleased. Thank you

I love my gorgeous coffee table, thank you! When the first one arrived, there were a couple of small issues but the customer service team were straight on it and sent out a replacement. They were friendly and helpful. Nick even rang me to check in which was much appreciated. They really care about their customers. Lovely friendly small business. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future!
