I paid for Stimuler expecting a serious English-speaking app that could help me move beyond basic English and improve my fluency and conversation skills.
Even after the team suggested changing the difficulty level through the profile settings, the content still feels extremely basic. This isn't just about settings — the actual learning experience lacks depth and is not suitable for someone at a basic-intermediate or intermediate level.
I requested a refund because the app did not deliver the value I expected, but they refused by pointing to their 24-hour refund policy. How is a customer supposed to properly judge the value of a learning subscription within just one day?
Very disappointed. I regret spending my money and would not recommend paying for this app without carefully checking whether the content matches your level.
