I ordered for my 2023 Mercedes C Class and I absolutely loved the wrap. I got the carbon fiber and suede wrap and the quality was far better than I expected. Also the edges were cut out quite nicely so installing it was a bit easier. Would genuinely buy again

Ongoing Customer Service Experience
This is a review of their customer service, not the product. I don't have the product yet.
I was interested in ordering multiple of the same steering wheel cover/wrap, and asked if they'd offer a discount for doing so. They told me yes, and provided a discount code.
That seemed like good customer service, until I went to put in the code they provided me, and noticed that they system automatically give the 12% discount they offered.
When I pointed this out, they initially replied with the exact same email they sent the first time. However, since initially reviewing them with 2 stars, they did reach out and offer an additional discount. They also apologized for repeating the same email, and explained that there was an error in their system that resulted in the “automatic discount”.

Above and beyond for my CLK350 convertible…
I had a wheel in my CLK350 convertible that they didn’t have a wrap for. However, they went way out of their way to make a custom wrap for me. There were many emails back and forth including exactly where they needed me to measure my wheel. I sent them 10-12 measurements/photos and had the wrap in two weeks (I am in Canada). The fit was absolutely perfect, the workmanship and quality of the wrap as well. This was not a simple wheel but they pulled it off perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased. Communication as well was top notch!

Professional Installation Required
If you are not a professional installer, do not buy a steering wheel cover from Stitchcover. To get it to fit right, you will most likely need to take the steering wheel apart and risk setting off the airbag. I followed the provided instructions and spent several hours stitching only to figure out that the finish product was not a perfect fit as they claim. I should have known something was up when it I saw double-sided tape in the box, which is not something that is shown in the installation videos I watched online. Unfortunately once you've opened the box and started installing it, you're not going to get a refund. I just wasted $100. If you like taking a huge risk and possibly end up throwing it and your money away, go ahead and order one. Maybe you'll have a better experience than me.

We have stated in the manual instruction that the double sided tapes are unnecessary, yes our video on youtube usually don't use it, we only use it when it comes to long spokes or the leather is not even. And please understand this is highly customized, everyone's cover is unique in the world, as long as you give it time, it will be good

Ordered a cover for a new 2026FORD F250 XLT. The sent me a cover for a 2021 F150. Did not fit as it is a different steering wheel.

Hello, your cover is right for your car. As we explained, your steering wheel is a rubber one, there are no space to tuck on the back that's why we advise you stick the leather on the back. While the leather version can be tucked.

Hello, you ordered the cover for your car with your own configuration which you asked us how to customize your own one, all good and it arrived to you very fast and in time, and you say you didn't expect it need stitching manually so you want to return, as this is higly custom made, it's hard but we still allow you to return, as the policy states, the shipping cost should be on the buyer's end, and you say it's unfair. We have stocks in the USA, but you don't buy the stocks, it returns to where it should be from. We did nothing wrong. Sorry for your own experience of not checking carefully, but it's clearly stated in our sites that it need hand stitching.
